Research foods that are really high, I don’t think snacks and chocolate bars are a great idea! Very small amounts! Go bigger meals with massive calories!! Would love to see you complete 10 thousand one day!
Always have less snacks and always start earlier in the day and try and aim for bigger meals and try and continue to the next day to reach your goal 💪🏻
if you do this again u should deffo use a kitchen scales to weigh out ur food and eat high non filling foods: peanut butter ben and jerry’s tub nuts cheesecake biscuits doritos brownies garlic bread
these are actually so difficult lol, one time i had a mcdonald's breakfast platter thing (with biscuit, pancakes, egg, and sausage) which i would totally get if i was doing this sort of thing and i was full until dinner...
