Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.
@rachealhubert74 Quitting may not be the best approach if you ask me. This is where an AI comes into the picture. I barely have time to trade myself as my job swallows up most of my time. Alice Marie Coraggio, a licensed fiduciary whom has made me over 5 figures in profit in less than seven months, handles my investments. I could leave you a lead if you need help.
@@VindictiveRaider i love how Calgary and Vancouver were the token West representatives while this video, predictably, puts 8 out of 10 places on the list down East. big surprise !

As someone who has lived in a ton of Canadian cities, I have settled on Victoria in British Columbia being the best. Extremely temperate weather, laid back lifestyle, quaint English feel downtown, and the natural to-do list never ends. The trend of young people moving there from everywhere because its still a city with all the amenities, but not devoid of character like somewhere like Calgary is huge. Economy is growing especially in the housing market, and as someone who works in healthcare you will never be jobless.
Holy cow I have been eyeing at Victoria, British Columbia for a while now. Perhaps I could move there. Hmmm, yeah I actually might just move and settle there.
lol me too. It caused me to stop the video because i immediately thought if they got that wrong then what else did they mess up? How much of this video can you actually trust?
I laughed when she said halifax, does she know it cost 1400.00 a month for a cheap apartment,I live 2 hours from Halifax and rent is around 500.00 a month.
overpriced to the point of worthless. that defines property anywhere near Van these days. rent exceeds income too frequently and those that don't make 100k a year + are flocking away to more affordable places.
I live in Canada and can say who ever made that list is a dummy Vancouver & Toronto have some of the highest crime rates, where as a city like Edmonton has the lowest prices in all of Canada and it wasn't even on the list. Edmonton offers way more educational opportunities than all these other cities, and oh yeah has the lowest crime rates
@@shevyjohn9308 r u f-ing dreaming Edmonton is not a place to go for vacation it's a place to live your life easy and stress free where as a city like Vancouver which is great to go to for vacation but definitely not a city to live in with it's insane gas prices and ridiculous property prices
Vancouver is basically Hongcouver at this point due to wealthy chinese buying up properties and selling them for astronomical prices. The worst part is that they're loyal to the liberals, which is why they've been in power for 7 fucking years while Canadians suffer and can't afford to buy their own house.
I dream of immigrating to Canada and, hopefully, paying back to the country by serving it for the rest of my life if I get accepted. I'm tired of dealing with some country and family related problems in here. It will be very hard, but I'm determined.
As a Canadian citizen that has lived here all his life I used to be against immigration. But it's stories like yours that made me change my mind. I hope you come here and live a prosperous life.🙂

Canada has very good system for immigrants. It has a system based on education background and work experience. So immigrants mostly come to help improve Canada in terms of economy. Additionally, it makes population of Canada not to decrease but increase under control. What is important is the quality and tolerant ones should be the ones coming .
Toronto, Oakville, Vancouver, Burlington are not affordable in terms of real estate. Ottawa is not expensive given houses and apartments are cheap. This video is very misleading.
I don't know where they got their info, but my mom lived in Montreal and for a studio sized apartment it was $1300 plus utilities and this did not include parking. They also included a view of Niagara Falls for Toronto . However, I agree that all of these places are wonderful places to live.
2 years ago you could get a 3 bedroom appartment in Montreal for 1300$. Your mom must have had a really nice place in a prime location... source: my son rents in Montreal
Living in Toronto 🇨🇦 for last almost more than 6 years...this magical city made a special place in my heart..a city full of life....and never think to go anywhere ...love Toronto love Canada 😍🇨🇦
Toronto, nice place to visit, not to live in. Too expensive, and not as safe. Montreal is way better with its history which Toronto doesn't have. However, if you aim at high paying jobs, and can afford living there, and French language scares you off, Toronto is then your town!!! ;-)
:D Indeed. In fact, a lot would prefer to retire outside of Canada but are not able to. They tolerate the winter but try to escape it whenever they can. Toronto is definitely not the place to retire. It's not for seniors!

Immigration to Canada is a bit difficult challenge to under take most especially Application of Visa. The best thing to do is to get an authorized agent to help you out in any area including the IELTS exam and immigration permit.Well Addison Hazel is an Authorized agent working at the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada(IRCC). With her help I successfully immigrated to Canada.Meet her now if you wish to have a successful trip to Canada.
Provincial Nominee Programs, an integral and rapidly growing aspect of economic immigration to Canada, continued to extend invitations for permanent residence. In this month alone, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia have each issued invitations for permanent residence. These provinces invited several hundred candidates combined. Meanwhile, Express Entry (EE), has already had its biggest year ever. IRCC has issued over 100,000 invitations in a year for the first time since Express Entry’s launch in 2015. The complex and varied structure of EE allows IRCC to respond to the challenges of the coronavirus. For example, by limiting many of EE draws this year to the Canada Experience Class, IRCC has been able to focus on individuals who are very likely to already be physically present in Canada. This said, IRCC has also opened draws to individuals in the Federal Skilled Worker and Federal Skilled Trades classes. Canadian immigration policy this year has been like Canada itself, battered and challenged in extraordinary ways but also tenacious and resilient and poised to reach even greater heights once we get through the pandemic. We can draw comfort, as I do, from the countless acts of compassion and kindness that have illuminated the darkness of disease and dislocation. I think of the Nanji family from Uganda. They were expelled from Uganda when the dictator Idi Amin banished all people of South Asian origin from the country in 1972. They had three months to uproot, but they were able to find a haven, a home, and ultimately spectacular business success in Canada. They pledged to one day repay their adopted country for her kindness and hospitality. The Nanji family has done just that, already donating millions to various health causes. When the coronavirus hit, the family again stepped up to the plate and donated $1.6 million to hospitals fighting the disease. They sent $100,000 to sixteen different institutions. A family who came as refugees, climbed the ladder of economic success, and in the end, enriched their new home. Could there be a more quintessentially Canadian immigration story? Wherever you are, and whichever holidays you celebrate, I wish you and yours good health, a Merry Christmas and happy New Year. May 2021 bring a return to normalcy, but also retain the kindness and creativity we have seen this past year. ➖ ➖

I'm thinking about moving to Saskatchewan. Saskatoon seems like the perfect sized city, and you can buy a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom House in a safe neighbourhood for $200k. Plus overall living expenses are lower. With government subsidized car insurance I would only pay $80/mo compared to $300/mo in Calgary. Plus there's a lot of lakes with really nice beaches a little up north for an inexpensive get away vacation. The trade off is the winter temps, and from an outsider looking in there seems to be a lot of discrimination towards the first Nations community.
Victoria hasn't many jobs other than service types. Waiting tables. Cleaning Hotel rooms. Some gov. Jobs. Social workers to handle the welfare roles. Thats if you have a masters degree in it. Some Science if you are into marine biology with a masters degree. Or medical

Canada is a wonderful country but if one does not have a decent job, Canada is not recommended for those. Finding a decent job in Canada in one's profession is an ongoing struggling process for years for new immigrants even after five years in Canada. So think and research before one leaps to Canada by watching this kind of "Euphoria" based video description
It's even harder to find a job now since Trudeau keeps allowing the Immigrants into Canada on Canadian tax dollars without the consent of Canadians. These Liberal bosses at some of these jobs would rather hire Immigrants then Canadians cause Trudeau tells these Liberal loving bosses to do so 😐😐😐

@Mark Wood Canada doesn't suck. Only the leader does. I will agree with you that Canada needs to curb mass Immigration from other countries but I will not allow you to sit and badmouth my country.
I live and work in Montreal (LaSalle College) and it's true, after visiting many cities in the world, and in the country, Montreal is the safest place (for its size i.e. over 1.5M) (of course, if you live in a 20 000 town, you will call yourself the safest cause nothing happens at all!!)
Montreal: You can rent a room for $450...the overflow from Toronto has reached Montreal, but the outskirts rent is cheaper. Montreal is getting an infrastructure renewal /extension at this point; very practical to use Metro subway in city; don't need a car as in Toronto. Metro+/light rail and hyperloop to Toronto (1 hour trip) in execution/plans.
wayne49s yes, the metro is getting an extension and we are building a hole new public transit system, the REM, which the first section will open in 2021

Being from Newfoundland and Canada, I can say that a lot of these cities such as Toronto and Vancouver are known as being the only places you should stay away from in Canada, I’ve been to both and I can that they feel very overcrowded, on top of that I’ve heard horror stories of people having property taxes 4 to 5 times higher in those cities then in a city like st.johns along with having energy bills that are hundreds of dollars more expensive than they would have been in Newfoundland, the big cities aren’t as glamorous as some may expect
@@Durdu_el_loco Not necessarily five times more expensive but definitely more expensive, yes! This, because larger cities provide and offer greatly more than smaller cities or less economically productive provinces provide.
Have lived in Canada all my life. Best places to live are Victoria; Ottawa; Kingston; Quebec Cite. Vancouver, Toronto & Montreal are too big & too expensive. Definitely a Top Ten country in the world though. :O)
Montreal's rental rates are way too low. $400 to $600 a month was 25 years ago. It's much much higher now. I always had a headache in Toronto with all the competition and the expense of living there. Retiring in Toronto? Can't afford it. I stopped watching because the video became a joke.
I have lived my whole life in Canada coast to coast and have lived in several of these cities. Quality of life is dependent on education and housing and food are very expensive compared to other parts of the world. If you are looking for the true Canada it is found north beyond the populated centres into the vast remote wilderness.
Montreal....Quebec city ?? Give me a break !! get rid of there 11billion in annual subsides and see how great it is !! BC is run by the Asian underworld, and Toronto is one of the most expensive places to live anywhere !! AND Ottawa... the city of "Hot Air".

TOP 13 REASONS NOT TO MOVE TO CANADA : 1. Canada's weather really sucks for 6 ot 7 months of the year. 2. Has anyone here experienced living on PEI and or anywhere in Newfoundland? My wife and I are thinking about checking both of these places out along with some parts of Quebec when we do an east coast trip this summer.
10 places, half of which are in Ontario. Heavily biased centralist view. 2 are in Quebec; 1each in the hinterland of British Columbia, Nova Scotia, and Alberta!
Life on the west coast (and don't forget Victoria, BC) is very expensive but the weather almost makes it worth the price. No disrespect to Oakville but they definitely do not have the best weather in the country!
Why isn’t Victoria BC on this list? It’s not too big so traffic isn’t bad, but it’s big enough to have plenty of amenities. With the ocean around you and mountains in the distance, the scenery is hard to beat. Nice, laid-back island atmosphere. Plus it has mild winters and warm summers. Sure, housing is expensive, but you get what you pay for. This list is very Ontario-heavy for some reason.
Halifax's main employment is definitely not FISHING. Unlike other areas in the country, fishing is an option...however, Halifax is military town (navy base, air base), Atlantic headquarters for many business and federal government departments, and a regional leader in sports, the arts, education, manufacturing, service and construction industries. When I think of Halifax I certainly don't think of fishing...
NUMBER ONE! SURREY BC OLD YALE ROAD BROWNSVILLE PARK!!!! AMAZING!!!! PARADISE ON EARTH!!!!! THERE IS A NICE BEACH ⛱ AND FANTASTIC FOOD SERVED IN THE PARK PUB GREAT PEACEFUL PEOPLE SO NICE THE RCMP NEVER COME BY! PLEASE COME VISIT ITS A GORGEOUS PLACE!
The comment that in Halifax "The primary industry here is fishing and trawling" is just fascicle nonsense. Although Nova Scotia does have the largest fishing industry of all the Canadian Provinces, fishing comprises only a small part of the economy. Agriculture, forestry & fishing combined in 2018 made up a total of 3.2% of the economy.
Basically more good to visit then live for all of them. There’s no place like home no matter where you live in Canada. Their all the same just different views.

Omg, she said Ottawa’s “most growing areas of employment” are science, education and law as primary, and didn’t even mention that government and IT take up probably 80% of the job market?
Correct. And, if you are fluent in both English and French, you will most likely be successful in landing a government job in Ottawa. Ottawa, however, is well known across Canada as being the city where they roll up the sidewalks after sundown. Meaning that Ottawa is very dull and boring! Of equal interest, all if B.C. is well known across Canada as being the land where no one wears a hat. Meaning that people in B.C. have experienced some sort of head or brain injury that has left them cuckoo! 👉🤪👈 Regarding the people of Alberta, they are well known as being *Oilbertans.*
