Snail mucin essence is a game changer.... a month back I added this to my routine and...now my skin feels so smooth glowy and hydrated...also I observed that little bumps on my skin is gone....just love this product.
would u say it's the best for aging skin? i luv to learn about various natural products out there. but honestly, there r waaaay too much. can't possibly try them all. still researching for the best choices for my skin goals: anti wrinkle, dryness and dark spots ;)
I really like the Low pH Cleanser. It cleans and foams really well since it's a gel cleanser but it doesn't strip the skin at all. Actually it leaves if super hydrated.
I absolutely love COSRX! They have some really great products that are targeted towards specific skin needs, without irritating the skin/acne, as well as calming products that really help me when it gets cold/my moisture barrier is compromised
Cosrx brand are always my go to products especially the low ph cleanser and snail essence. If y'all suffering to severe acne and pimple marks I highly recommend their cleanser and snail line. Plus point to the price because it's not too expensive. Btw I'm an acne prone, sensitive and oily skin peeps. #quarantineglow
I love the 96 Snail Mucin Essence! I have almost gone through 1 bottle (which has lasted forever) & I just got my second bottle last week at Ulta. I did not want to be without it! If you haven’t tried I definitely recommend it! 🥰🥰🥰
@@ninalou4629 I have the same question☺ I bought the 92 Snail mucin cream instead because i needed a moisturizer and its got more product than the essence.
@RJ Yes in the EU market they've. French Pharmacy Brands like la roche posay, bioderma, avene etc have very limited product lines in North American Market but in EU, ME & Asia they are very diverse product portfolio.
Walgreens carried Bioderma and Avene, but they were so expensive that very few people could afford them during lockdown. As a direct result, they stopped carrying them. Seems I was the only one who bought them, and I enquired about them when I suddenly couldn’t find them!
One of my all time favourite products is the COSRX Purefit Cica Toner!!! It is absolutely amazing for dry, dehydrated skin and also is great for really sensitive skin. It is soooo hydrating and soothing. Highly recommend! :)
COSRX has changed my skin for the better. My whole skincare routine is from them. Products I use r the snail mucin cleanser, cica toner, snail essence, AHA whitehead exfoliator, all in one cream & cica cream. The combination of snail mucin & cica is AMAZING for acne prone and dry skin! 😍
I love CosRx! My go-to's are the Overnight Honey Mask, AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner and the Oil-Free Ultra-Moisturizing Lotion with Birch Sap. Completely changed my skin (oily). *chef's kiss*
I always come back to your videos before trying out a new product. You’re the best at explaining the benefits of each product and who it would work for best. Thank you for reviewing so many great products!
I swear you are so knowledgeable, and I'll never understand how you remember these long words (ingredients), lol! You are amazing! You are always the first person I go to to get a review on products before using it. I can't thank you enough! You recommendations that I have tried so far has seriously changed my skin so much! I just need to figure out my redness, melasma and large pores now!
I know you mentioned that people can become allergic to propolis, but this year I discovered the Cosrx Propolis Light cream and it has become my favorite moisturizer !
What a coincidence that you make this! I have sensitive, slightly red, acne prone skin and I've been considering trying out COSRX. Don't know if it is a good idea for me, but I have heard good things about their products. Thank you for making this!
My favorite CosRX product is their BHA Blackhead Power Liquid. I'm not sure if the Betaine Salicylate that it uses is as effective as Salicylic Acid, as i haven't tried a leave-on Salicylic Acid product, but it does work wonders for my skin. It helps control breakouts and calm my cystic acnes. I also love the addition of Hyaluronic Acid and 5% Niacinamide in it.
It be like that sometimes, it feels like they get paid to recommend terrible products. I have dermatitis and eczema and the moisturising lotion from CeraVe has done wonders to my skin.
That sucks. It's so hard to even be able to see a dermatologist and it's expensive and then getting prescribed or recommended fragrance or garbage products. It's like what's the point? Gotta just try out recommended products from Dr Dray then which she is on point alwaze and super helpful anyway
Hi Dr. Dray! Thank you so much for doing a review of your favorite Cosrx products. I purchased the snail power essence and am completely amazed by how it makes my skin look and feel. I have to admit, I struggle a bit with the initial texture of the product, but once I gently massage and pat it into my skin the "ewww" factor goes away for me. I use this on my face, neck and hands. On my hands I follow it up with a pea size amount of petroleum jelly. So good! My hands are so soft and supple - the skin looks amazing!
I owe my skin to Dr. Dray. 😩🤣 It has improved so much! (Oily/Acne prone) I saw my sister last night after months, she asked what I’m doing, that my skin was glowing 🙏🏿 I told her I use Differin & I first seal in the hydration using cream while my skin is wet/damp! Currently using Neutrogena hydro boost EXTRA DRY version. I love it. I’m always excited to learn about other products too! Thank you 😊
Been using the Cosrx, Triple Hyaluronic Moisture Ampoule Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence since February. Love them! Overnight Rice Spa Mask is also really nice.
My top picks from cosrx: ( combo skin / acne prone ) Snail music power Snail cream Aloe soothing sunscreen Bha power liquid Aha power liquid ( my mom liked this -dry skin ) Snail eye cream
Omg thank you Dr. Dray I love both this series and this brand. I've been using the rice overnight mask just as you said, in the morning before sunscreen. Also the cosrx snail 96 is my favorite product of the brand, but now I see some new ones I'd like to try. Many thanks!!!
@@thuylinh4298 yes, they are both humectants, so I use it after cleansing and before moisturizer. I'm pretty sure it actually has hyaluronic acid in it as well
I use the snail mucin essence after applying my adapalene and the rice mask at night or on particularly dry days. I'm convinced that these products are why I haven't had much of a reaction starting retinoids
Snail 92 cream is nice to apply before sunscreen, in my personal experience. At first, it was, “mmm ok”, but having no problem. as long time use, I found using this cream to clean skin in the morning and apply sunscreen and appreciate smooth skin. Perhaps mucin gives hydration and silicones both in this cream and in sunscreen work together sealing . Over all it has been a nice cream.
which products do u use from them? would u say it's the best for aging skin? i luv to learn about various natural products out there. but honestly, there r waaaay too many. can't possibly try them all. still researching for the best choices for my skin goals: anti wrinkle, dryness and dark spots ;)
So glad to see the triple hyaluronic ampule and moisturiser in this line up. Recently started using these and my dry skin loves them. Must try the snail essence next!
Thank you! For 1. Helping me navigate Corsx, one of the accessible Korean brands in Canada and 2. Providing my rosacea-prone skin with a lead on the gentle exfoliant it's been needing. 3. Helping me find iHerb, which does cover Canada!!!
@@so6855 I grabbed the one she mentions in the video, the Hydrium Triple Hyaluronic Moisture Ampoule, but haven't used yet because my rosecea is freaking out from our extreme dry winter atm.
I’ve checked the ingredients of a few products and I’m relieved to see there’s no added fragrance/perfumes/scents. If one or 3 of the folks who use this could give me an idea of what it smells like…chemically, like the ocean (thinking because of the snails), flowery, etc… Thanks all so much.
I've had amazing results with the Cosrx Cica-7 products, especially with resolving skin redness. I absolutely love Cosrx brand and it's so affordable as well. My next new favorite brand is The Ordinary. Their 10% lactic acid is very gentle for my skin type and works well. I definitely learned not to mix nicinamide with it and wear my sunscreen. I had a nice "red glow" as everyone said the next day or so. I do however want to point out to those who may not be aware, to do a skin patch test on the Cosrx 96 snail mucin essence, ESPECIALLY if you have dust or dander allergies, as this serum can cause an allergic reaction. I wasn't aware of this when i bought my full sized product and had horrible redness, irritation, & multiple inflamed whiteheads after using. Turns out I was one of the unfortunate ones who are allergic to the product.
I've only tried their snail mucin cleanser so far & it's my favorite cleanser I've ever used. Cleansers aren't exciting to me. They're only on your face for 30 seconds, but I have dry skin, so having something with snail mucin seriously helps & feels sooo good. Once I finish my Klavuu toner & my Neutrogena toner (Ugh. 😩 I'm only gonna get through it just to save $ & not waste it bc I'm not rich. I bought it when I didn't know much about skincare. 😕), I'll be switching to essence for my dry skin & it's gonna be their snail mucin essence.
I was using the 3in1 cream and it was great. I added the snail mucin essence and oh man did I break out!! I was using the snail products with all my other products. I've stopped using the snail products and my face has healed. I'm afraid to try it again.
I love Cosrx Snail 96 Essence. It has done wonders for my skin! I follow it with Rosacare and EltaMD or CeraVe sunscreen. Will be sticking with this routine for a while!
but in the cosrx snail cream, i remember you saying in your previous review you must put a moisturizer on top (despite it being a moisturizer already) bcs it is a humectant... and you also used a moisturizer after ... so
I would put a more occlusive moisturizer on top of it in winter or colder climate if you have dry skin. At least for me...if I only wear it by itself it's not emollient enough in winter. It's great for hydration though. I love it
I was looking for this comment! I have oily skin but I notice if I don’t use a moisturizer on top (even during the summer) my skin feels dry and tight. Personally, I say use a moisturizer over it but no skin is the same so
Hi Dr.Gray, would you do a review on the Cosrx Advance Snail Radiance Dual Essence? I tried the 96% Snail Mucin power essence (thanks to your videos ❤) and see soo much improvement, so I am pretty curious about the Dual one.
I'm so glad you did this review. I recently bought the snail 92 all-in-one cream, and so far I really like it. I have oily skin so the fact that it's lightweight and goes on very smooth and absorbs quickly is something that I really like. If you are looking for another company to do a review on, can you do one on beauty RX by dr. Schultz? I just recently purchased their 2.5 retinol cream and I was wondering if it was a good one. Thanks so much oh, and I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.
@@urlilcastle4279 yes, the hydraboost is very similar, but because cosrx has snail mucin, it has a little more of a sticky feeling at first. Once you rub it in, it goes away, but that's the only difference. They're both very moisturizing and soothing.
@@MuhammadWaqas-hj5op I don’t think it would do much for dark spots. It is more hydrating and anti-aging. I definitely notice a more radiant glow when I use it so yes, it would help with dullness :)
Happy Thursday! I just went to the site and for Canada I only have to buy for 26$ compared to Yestyle where the purchase for free shipping in Canada is 215$. I thought it was much more expensive. I think I will let myself be tempted by some products.
I've been using Cosrx triple hyaluronic ampoule topped by my favorite Cerave nightime moisturizer and LOVE IT! Thanks for the recommendation in an earlier video. And Cosrx Rice Mask rocks! My skin feels so soft after use.
@@gmz61 i have the same problem. a moisturizer on top doesn’t help at all. i also apply it on damp skin. it just sits on my face until i wash it off. it’s awful
You are seriously dangerous for my bank account! Bought so much stuff on YesStyle! Thank gosh that advent calendar was sold out or I would have bought that too. Ok, looks like I’m headed over to iHerb and Ulta to check out this brand. I’d LOVE to see a vid on top 10 marine ingredient products. I used to be a big fan of La Mer moisturizer. Thanks for another great video!
I was going to ask you about the COSRX Aloe Soothing Sun Cream SPF50 PA+++ on this list since I was considering trying that to replace my Purito. But I just noticed "fragrance" in the list, so that answers my question about whether or not to try it! :D
I really enjoy your videos and they have been very helpful for me. Could you please do a video about how the light from phones and other devices can effect the skin? I was told they can cause hyperpigmentation...
you just described my skincare routine 😍 the only thing missing is a spray of avene water before the moisture ampule, then snail mucin, followed by the moisture power cream.
