you should check out “i am dead” it’s super cool puzzle game and the voice acting is fantastic! even though it’s about death, to me it’s cozy bc it’s more about remembering people for who they were and the impact they had on others.
thank you so much for these videos! I've found a lot of great ones thanks to you 💕 a game that I HIGHLY recommend is the game called spirit of the north, where do I begin with this game the story surprised me and it is definitely emotional and you will probably cry (I did) but the art style is so stunning and the music it's just the most relaxing game and it's an open world you can just explore and do whatever you want there is not much you "have to do" I would love to hear what you think of this game
time stamps! let me know if there’s anything wrong with them :) 1:48 calico 2:46 little dragons cafe 3:57 laytons mystery journey 5:00 ni no kuni: wrath of the white witch 6:04 little wood 6:55 liar princess and the blind prince 8:10 sakuna 9:05 my time at portia 10:09 links awakening 11:05 immortals
I'm glad U made a part 2 to this video. I actually ended up purchasing Animal Crossing for my myself thanks to your recommendation. My daughters each have it and we've discovered a new way to play together
idk if you would call it 'cozy', but I really enjoyed raji: an ancient epic as a laid back action game. i think its about 5 hours long, and I love the art syle, the different weapons you have, and the boss battles were really unique and fun. and I love that its a game based on the south asian culture, I've never really played anything like it before. it does end a bit short, but the story was really fun
Omg I’m so excited for part two of this! I’ve been playing SpiritFarer nonstop since I found your first video with cozy games. You have great suggestions!
Love this list, I purchased “My time at portia” recently and i am already hooked I also went for Ni no kuni but I haven’t had the chance to play it yet, but i am excited to get into it soon 🙌🏼
Not strange at all! I love games that can let you endlessly explore. I've never played Skyrim yet, but from the looks of what I've seen from other people it definitely feels cozy 🤗
I got Link’s Awakening for Christmas 2019 and I was just happy getting something but I didn't expect it to be actually amazing 😅 I was obsessed with it for weeks and made me discovering the cozy game genre ❤️
Ori and the Blind Forest is also a favourite of mine! The story is great and I love the art style. By the way, I love your video's. Keep up the good work!
I’m sooooooo happy you came up in my suggestions earlier this month. I’m obsessed 🤩 I love this whole cozy gaming vibe 🥺 I can’t wait for your shell replacement video.
I just got it the other day because soooo many people recommended it. It’s my first farming sim game and honestly I feel kinda overwhelmed and don’t know what to do? But it’s $15 so honestly it’s worth a shot
I just commented on your previous video but I would def recommend wandersong. You play a bard that saves the world through song. You solve sound related puzzles and just basically really cool mechanics. It’s really cute and cozy. Just a good time throughout that’ll make you smile.
Immortals Fenyx Rising was my GOTY of 2020. It deserves all the praise. I can't wait for all the DLC to be released. The humour is right up my alley too.
I love your channel, I just found you on youtube and you got me into thinking about finally buying myself a nintendo switch :D Also, I like the positivity and the sense of relaxation you spread through your videos (and your ASMR voice, obviously)! You seem like such a nice and cool person :) Also, gaming really is self care, I needed someone to tell me this so thank you
It's so hard to choose and it definitely changes depending on the mood haha! I'd say Breath of the Wild, Story of Seasons, and Spiritfarer right now BUT any of these games and the ones in the last video are a safe bet as I enjoy all of them 💖 thank you for watching x
Two things: 1. You 1000% need to start a podcast with that amazingly soothing voice of yours. 2: If everything in my life was narrated in your voice, I would no longer be stressed 😂
My recommendations apart from a short hike are Florence and Coffee talk. Florence is really short but when on sale I would definitely pick it up. Coffee talk is just lovely too, great story art style and music 😍 loved the list and will check out everything!
Not sure if anyone has recommended this, but have you played ‘Lost Ember’? It’s short but I found it incredibly soothing. You’re a wolf and can impersonate several animals to progress in the story. There are no time limits and the objective is to learn the story. A little expensive but worth it IMO
I've been watching some of your videos for like an hour? And honestly, I'm loving the content and the calmness that you're giving off! Definitely subscribing to the channel!
One game I’ve loved playing is Riverbond. The art style is like The Touryst. It’s an easy adventure/puzzle game. I like the cute character and funny weapons you collect.
I got a switch last week & was looking for a Layton game but searched "Processor Layton" and there was no results, so glad I've seen your video and there is one for the switch I want so many of these games thanks so much for the recommendations 🥰
I bought the liar princess and the blind prince as soon as I saw it on this list. :) super excited to play it! Thank you. Gaming has really become a way of self-care for me during this pandemic.
I adore Rune Factory 4 Special! Perfect combo of relaxing and venting on monsters when I'm stressed! I love My Time at Portia too, though I own it on PC!
@@kat. Neither can I! Rune Factory Frontier and Tides of Destiny were/are awesome to play! I sold RF Frontier like a ninny because I was sick of balancing the Runeys, though... I wish I'd have been able to play the DS/3DS RF games! I'm partially blind, so have trouble playing on small screens, especially without a zoom feature. The Switch is just verging on big enough for me to play fairly comfortably in handheld mode, at least for short bursts! Some games are easier than others, such as Animal Crossing. and FOMT. I mainly play doct, though.I’m so glad they released RF4 on there, because I always wanted to play it!
A game that has been very relaxing to me is Go Vacation, which is a port from the Wii. I can’t recommend it enough. Even my friend said it was relaxing just by watching me play the game. It takes place on a huge vacation island with many activities and areas to explore. It is perfect for ACNH fans, imo. 🏝
I discovered a lot of new games to play through your part 1 video and these look like some more I can look into! A game which I haven't seen mentioned much is When The Past Was Around. It seems to be a shorter game but I picked it up in the sale and found it really nice to play before bed! Another game which I haven't played but have seen a few clips of is Summer in Mara, from the small amount I've seen that looks cosy too. Some other games which may not be stereo typically cosy but are ones I enjoy to play when I'm having a lazy day are Cat Tails and Pokémon mystery Dungeon. I enjoy watching your videos a ton and they've introduced me to so many games I don't know if I'd ever have discovered on my own.
yonder is also so nice and calm, no enemies and it combines farming, crafting and exploring also sounds and looks so pretty I can't recommend it enough I wish I could play it for the first time again
Calico is an ultimate cozy games. I bought many games that cost a lot but it wasn’t as good as this one. It’s a great game for its cost. There is some bugs but it doesn’t affect the game in anyway!
i just came across your two 10 Coziest videos & so am brand new ~ most of the 1s u mentiond in ur 1st vid r among my fav casual cozy comfort games, especially ACNH, but also on Switch for me there's The Last Campfire, both Ori games & Fire Emblem: Three Houses & i am eagerly awaitn Way to the Woods & i just recently got Gris, then on PS4 i have Abzu, Flower, Journey, Skyrim, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Spyro: Reignited Trilogy & RDR2 (not by following the story which i have already done & finishd a couple times, but by just exploring the open world w/my horses and taking care of them) & i still from time 2 time dive back in2 Final Fantasy XV, my fav FF game....! i am now pretty interestd in Little Dragons Cafe & Story of Seasons games both Friends of Mineral Town & Pioneers of Olive Town on my Switch ~ being Autistic & Bipolar & also diagnosd w/depression & severe anxiety which leads 2 panic attacks, games, books, swimming & my pets r my best ways to cope & combat my mental health, all 4 r def self-care for myself....
I'm so happy to have you here! Thank you for checking out my videos and for sharing your experience. It's so lovely to hear that gaming helps you with your mental health. Besides video games, my little dog has also helped me in so many ways 💖
@@kat. Thank u ~ so glad 2 b here & ur very welcome!! That's wonderful about ur dog ~ i have 4 & 1 of them is my Emotional Support dog, he's a small Chihuahua/Border terrier mix!!
I found out about your channel like 3 days ago since I was just searching up videos about the switch. I ordered one and its arriving today within like 3 hours and im excited. I enjoy these videos and wanna thank you you gon fosure gain a big following soon
I absolutely love Ni no Kuni , such a beautiful and charming game. The story is fascinating, would definitely recommend it to anyone that hasn't played it before!
overall about you feels so calming especially your soothing voice! thank you for working so hard just to make this videos, new subscriber here from philippines! ❤️
@A Casual Gamer thanks for another great video! I have Ni No Kuni I bought on sale at the eShop for 4.99 and the special edition version of Sakuna. I haven’t been able to play either yet due to my backlog but I am playing Links Awakening atm and it’s such a cozy game to play ^_^
Are you always so calm or is it because of the theme of this video? just kidding hahaha First video I watched and just loved your work! There is a casual and confortable vibe almost like you are inviting us to sit by the fire and just relax. That's awesome
Ni No Kuni is beautiful all the way around just like anything that is from Ghibli🐐! Definitely a game I need to revisit. Dragon quest 11 for switch has beautiful artwork and at times can be cozy 🤷🏽♂️ Yoshis crafted world, Pikmin 3 and Mario and rabbids kingdom battle make me feel cozy but wouldn't be cozy for everyone. Link's Awakening was one of my favorite gameboy games and I love the Switch version🐚 Great video and reviews as always‼️
Thanks for sharing! I don't have a switch (yet!) but I hope i can snatch one soon. Btw, I love your videos and your chill personality 💞 Keep up your amazing work
Great video! Just a suggestion, I think you should put your second channel in the featured channels section, so more people can find and watch you videos :D
Thank you for more recommendations. I got My Time at Portia on sale and excited to play it. I definitely want to check out Immortals. Also subscribed to your new channel. Can't wait. Watching your videos is super cozy and relaxing to me.
I love gaming, some are exciting and then some I just like to play while laying down in bed. I haven't gotten a switch yet that would be why I would get one. Right now I just lug my laptop from desk to bed.
I have been curious about My Time In Portia so its good to hear you enjoy it! Would you say the gameplay is similar to Story Of Seasons or is it more challenging? My favourite cozy games include Pokemon Sword and Let’s Go Evee. I love exploring the worlds and raising and training the Pokemon. I first bought a Switch when ACNH came out because i was literally so stressed at work from Covid. These games have definitely helped me calm down when I’m feeling overwhelmed! I haven’t bought a console since the Game Boy Advance and Game Cube, but its been nice to revisit worlds from those systems and Nintendo 64 all these years later. I took a break from games for a few years during University and now I’m wondering why 😂
It definitely has more things to do than Story of Seasons, but I wouldn’t say it’s more challenging! It has a nice variety so you’re free to choose what you want to focus on depending on the day, instead of just being all about crops and animals if that makes sense 😅. I love Pokémon as well! It’s so nice to hear gaming has helped you through the times as it’s definitely done the same for me especially in the past year 💗 thank you for sharing!
@@kat. Okay thank you so much! Portia is only like $9 right now so I think I’ll give it a shot! Is the time pace similar to SOS and Harvest Moon as well as well? With about 10-15 minutes being a full day in the game?
Little dragon’s cafe Ni No Kuni Liar princess & The blind prince Link’s awakening And Immorals definitely wanna try all of those I loved the art style n the game play looked like something I would definitely be interested in😁
I recommend featuring your personal channel in the channel tab of this channel. That way people on the mobile app can click and subscribe easily, and as a bonus more people will be able to find it if they are looking for more content from you.
i’m nervous to watch this video because about 2 weeks ago i watched part one & you spoke about stardew valley and now i have 105 hours on it hahahahahha
could you do some great switch games under $10? i have some extra money just chillin in the e-shop and i really wanna use it! im looking for something like a life sim, similar to acnh and calico!! :))
