There's 1 frame of vulnerability on a normal ledge getup. If you're getting punished a lot I'd check your ledge timing. Notice how Void will sit there and wait sometimes to throw the punish off.

@@whitesaint760 I try to do that, but it somehow just. . . Happens! And it's costed me so many games, even when I do mix up my timing! Shield will just refuse to come up. That or I'm somehow always getting hit on that frame 1 vulnerability. . . Which I just don't see being possible every time ._. so I must be doing something wrong, or something else. . . I do appreciate you letting me know though! It does answer a few things about my dilemma with the option :)
