The PS2 was a wonderful system, but it still got its fair share of bad movie tie-in games. For this list, we’re looking at not only the ones made as just a pure cash grab, but also the ones that just make us wonder who greenlit this at all. Our list includes “Bad Boys: Miami Takedown” (2004), “Charlie’s Angels” (2003), “Fight Club” (2004), “The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor” (2008), and more! I think it’s safe to say during the 2000s are a lot of great movies that came out around the time they got the Titans game somewhere either hit or miss with some of these being based on some pretty bad apples 🍎

The slideshow cinematics can be cool if done right. Max Payne did it in the first 2 and it was awesome.

Charlie & the Chocolate Factory’s environment wasn’t lifeless if anything compared to all the other entries on this list the environment made up for the cutscene stills, combat & pointless quest for elevator buttons to unlock behind the scenes vids

Most of the worst games were based on movies of 90s and 2000s. Charlie's angels was the most bizarre of them.

I've played Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines and while I didn't play it on PS2 and played it on the original Xbox, I liked it. I thought it was a fun Terminator game. I liked that Arnold Schwarzenegger and the cast came back to do the voices of their characters, but they even got to use the Terminator 2 theme for the main menu, which I thought was really cool. They even used it during the end credits of the game too. For me personally, they really should have touched up the graphics because they really don't look good, even by original Xbox standards.

The 8 bit and 16 bit Robocop games wete great (and that was the late 80s and early 90s). Not to mention the excellent Robocop V Terminator on Genisis/Megadrive.. for Titus to get this wrong over decade later beggars belief.. but hey it's Titus so what did we expect?. Here's hoping the 2023 Robocop delivers

remember these games we’re mostly for kids even tho they weren’t supposed to. it was more like everybody that could afford video games would be playing them. it was more like it was so cool to have any game coming to the console people loved. like for example watching the movie shark tale and then end up having a game about it, it was so cool or even Spider-Man, having the chance to swing around the whole map without touching ground. anybody would love that. but now a days you guys are into the FPS or DLC while back then anything was so cool. with boxed TV’s that no one could lift up and the AV cables. me personally wasn’t born on the 80’s or 90’s but it was so cool playing WWE or GTA no connection or data but memory cards. Not the perfect graphics but they were the realist at the moment

I've figured out why we always see video games of the past with rose colored glasses. WE WERE KIDS. We had to use our imagination. I used to think the gerudos in OOT were sexy AF. As an adult they are blocky,polygonal messes that make Minecraft look like next gen. However back then I also enjoyed Britney spears pre-breakdown and w/e will Smith did. My point is through the eyes of a child the first tomb raider was a visual masterpiece. We could always tell that the blurry green blobs were trees or rocks and her triangle boobs beckoned us.

I used to own an original Xbox version of Fight Club that I found in one of the pawn shops and when I put the disc in, the game didn't even work at all, which I'm glad that happened for me.

Static cutscenes have always looked bad & cheap showing that game's budget wasn't there. The only game that successfully did still image cutscenes right & even added to the presentation was Twisted Metal Black. The dark nihilistic vibe really works with the cold still image for some reason.

Monsters vs. Aliens. On the PS2/PS3 this wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Just avoid this one on the Nintendo DS AT ALL COST.

4:00 IDK, I quite enjoyed the game when it came out. The controls aren't the smoothest, but hey, it's a console shooter. Also, before Resistance came out this (and WotM) was the only FPS where you could've played as the terminator.

I've played every single game in this video (except Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, but I've heard about it). Robocop, the game was crap and I heard that it was created by the Studio that created Superman 64, that explains why it sucked 😂. At least we are getting a better Robocop game this summer and it looks better!! Charlie's Angel's looks like a modded version of Dead or Alive 😅

Umm no one had the kind of graphics we have today... and like I said everyone has different tastes like literally I've seen you say one of these bad games that literally you do the same thing as one of the games in one of the best games. Like there's just so many reasons why anyone saying best or worst never holds any weight and of course that's because everyone has different opinions no two people are alike in every which way.
