The "Disciples tribe" weren't bad people, just like their leaders. They believed in something that was in fact real. Our protagonists were the villains here, along with Sheidheda. Faithless people. Before them, no one was killed on Bardo and, even on Sanctum, despite the fact that the people believed in false gods they had peace.

I disagree. The sanctum people started it with what they did to Clarke. The disciples started the feud by being completely cold and heartless and not willing to help those in need. The way they treated Diyoza and Octavia on first contact was enough to let you know that. Sure the grounders were often times irrational but they only really seemed to fight when provoked, not the other way around.
