You're absolutely right! My grandfather passed away at the age of 85 and worked 7 days a week at his hardware store. He loved it.

Amen. Two of my father's aunts lived to 100 and 101. One a retired school principal, the other still working as a shop cashier two weeks before she passed away. She ate homemade yoghurt, took apple cider vinegar and walked up and down stairs daily.
