It's to do with storing data of children. The EU has strict laws around what you can do with the data of children under 13, so a lot of companies instead just don't allow children and will ban to avoid the complications of dealing with the laws. However, this does mean even if you are over 13 you can still get banned if you made the account when you was under 13 as they would still have data from when you was younger. Don't know if it has been a problem on Twitch but I know it has on Facebook and other sites

@@Mogeli yes this is confirmed, if you made your account when you were under 13, even if you're literally partnered or whatever, they're going to permaban you and nothing can reverse it, even if you are above the age now. ik a streamer who lost $200 worth of subs to exactly this issue

The AI should go off the full streamer's audio and the entire chat log for context then ban after an hour so it can have time to analise for false-positive. The best example of false-positive being sudden mass spam.
