I love the illustrations ..My Sister died recently and no matter how hard I try to live in the present moment I still have breakdowns with memories of past together everyones say forget the past but in bereavement it does feel like I am not in control ..I just keep going with the good days and the really bad days ..I am hoping it will balance out over time ,I am willing to learn for sure .and love video's like this ..they should teach thing like this in schools ,the western world has a lot to learn too .
