I'm so glad this song finally made it into the tour. Should've been a mainstay all along. The lyrics literally make me picture the house they've built onstage, and the songwriting is this perfect balance of suburban bliss and intoxicated debauchery that the tour encapsulates to a tee. Matty even seems to be realizing how nice the song is in real time here. "Man, there's something about that one," he says as the song ends. Damn right there is.
Totally agreed. The video has fkd me up for years - but in a good way. Something about it is so incredibly sad; yet triumphant. It’s not like any of their other songs and I keep coming back to it in my head because of that.
