This is my current list of low-hanging-fruit brands for resale. There are plenty more "good" to "very good" brands out there. These are the ones that you can resell on autopilot.
All brands were chosen with a pre-owned condition in mind. All are attainable and have at least 100% sellthrough rate on Ebay.
This list won't be good forever. Trends change rapidly. But this is a great place to start if you're new to selling men's clothes.
