Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I’m hoping this one might satisfy all the people who said Thursday’s episode of TCOB was a bit too easy…since this was precisely the opposite. Just curious but how come you had to pay £87 ish for the 204 chilli bites? Because on just eat right now they're £1.49 for 6 so 6 x 34 is obviously 204 chilli bites and 34 x £1.49 is £50.66, how much did they charge you for delivery LOL

I've watched a TON of your videos and absolutely love them! One thing I see a lot (not necessarily in this video) is the challenge being harder because the food got cold. Have you considered getting a little set of heat lamps to keep say half of the food warm while you ear the other? Idk I feel like it would help a lot! Love ya man, keep doing what you're doing 👌

That wouldn’t really work if they’re in boxes, but it’s also a double-edged sword. If he goes to a restaurant and digs in too quick, it’s too hot, but if he takes too long, it’s too cold. I’d rather eat someone that’s too cold, honestly.

It's not often I think or even say I could take down one of your challenges, but this...BK chilli cheese bites are my absolute all time fave and pretty much the only fast food item I eat. I've tried countless other cheese bites and nothing comes close. Amazing challenge and so jealous! That said, they're on,y good when piping hot (or it's congealed cheese doom) - next time get Mrs Beard to be heating batches up for you as you go.

Great effort, love these things. Closest I ever came to something similar was when I ordered enough of just the chilli cheese poppers from Pizza hut to qualify for the 50% of £50 offer. Think I got 14 boxes of them but only got through 8. No food waste though, grazed on them throughout the next day or so - had a great time.

Love me some chilli cheese bites. After recently falling prey to EPI, this is breaking my heart watching. They look so crispy and stuffed full of cheesy goodness. 😩
