Shame about the Mexican fenders being of mixed quality this year because I bought a player plus p bass and was so fucking impressed! Glad they decided to make them left handed. Especially since it’s like basically getting the same specs as the most expensive modern style p bass they make for half the price. If they made another finish with a maple fretboard I’d honestly consider picking a 2nd up. The Pau Ferro fretboard just doesn’t work for me. Like I prefer the rosewood substitute on the Squier more and looks better to my eyes.

Just my thoughts on the BBBF: I think $300 is actually my point for being the lowest price I'd go but still expect a workable instrument. I've gone through a few in that range and they all double as great mod platforms too. Sire definitely gets the winner for overall value. I might not like the preamps in em but that's a pretty easy swap. Their guitars are outrageous as well!

Liked almost everything about your floofies. I would recommend holding back on the curse words. They loose their effect rapidly and most people find them offensive in this setting. Otherwise I can see what you were going for and thought you were well above the usual stuff out there. Restraint can put you where you seem to be aspiring to be. Look forward to more…. S
