Pete is joined again by his good friend Ron for a day of toyhunting at the Great Ohio Toy Show. Music by: Karl Casey @ White Bat Audio / @whitebataudio
Awesome The Great Ohio Toy Show, filled with amazing vintage toy goodies. Fantastic pick ups by Scuba Pete and Ron, too. But even Twiki fell over in shock, when Scuba Pete mistook Scare Glow for Skeletor! :)
That toy fair looked huge!... and speaking of huge, how about that haul! Love all of that 5.5 KO goodness, especially the legendary Skullman! Nice work team!🍻
Some incredible finds and purchases by you guys. Wow! A toy show where there was a boxed & loose Sea Bat and a loose Traumatizer in the wild? Collecting EXTREME!
That was an epic toy fair....wow. i spied a G.I Joe WHALE, just behind the Star Trek overcoat......hmmmm lots of My Little Pony too, lol. Both Scuba and Ron had amazing pickups. Awesome video.
Phil you could’ve picked up the whole run of 12 backs in a bulk deal for sure. Vendors we’re all about combos/discounts. Often, reducing price just by asking to look at an item and then politely thanking them. (That’s how I ended up with Scareglow!! 👍😆
I was amazed Pete was able to secure some of those Shortcake toys. They can be so hard to find especially in such amazing condition and at reasonable prices.
Had to think of Leslie too! 😉 So much cool Strawberry and Ponies toys. Ron and I helped a vendor break down his booth and he gifted me one the Argentinian figures for her. 😎
For sure on the Capt Power I could not believe the prices were so low. Plus there was other stuff in the Capt Power jet box. A bunch of loose figs! What a deal!
Ohio has the best toy shows. They have to have the most vintage stuff, collectors, and vendors per capita of anywhere. In part due to proximity to the former Kenner headquarters and being center to a number of cities within driving distance. Great video, I almost felt like I went there myself!
I laughed that you kept the audio in on that Capt Power comment lol, a bit of foreshadowing there! It was a fabulous show for sure great hauls. I should also say that one of the Capt Power boxes also had a bunch of loose figs in it and the Power In station! Pretty awesome!
600+ Stalls!!! What the France! 🤣🤣 What an amazing Toy Show you guys went to! Amazing items you picked up but I need to learn more about Captain Power as those boxed ships look freaking awesome!!! Great video!
Omg i love the stormtrooper blaster. Never had one but great to see ypu achieved one. I also wanted an ATAT as a child. Never seen one in the flesh so impressed ypu have one amd can complete it easily! Capt Power, love quirky lines that often dont get some love.
We talked about Captain Power all day Saturday. About how under collected it is and it’s cheap prices to boot. Ron literally decided to zip around 45 min before close and cut some crazy good deals!
I was there...my mom and I went. She collects Alf. I will be set up at the Clark County fairgrounds show in Springfield close by there December 16th..should be great show inside 2 big heated buildings.
Forgot to tell you..the promoter said all the RU-vid channel guys get in free and a VIP pass. ..just tell them I sent you if you get to go and stop and say hi. I'll have the Boba Fett print signed.
Millenium Falcon and AT-AT boxed? What a shame you went small this time. 😂 That first booth(that was obviously shown to get my attention) was run by a vendor called OtakuAmerica. I'm hoping to see one of his set ups in person one day.
