@@ElCesaro2what fucking tech ? Stupid ass laggy digital needle looking like a tetris game ? Its all because its cheaper but people like you eat it up like its progress. Its just cheaper to make and you can charge more.
I am absolutely addicted to listening/watching Thomas and his car/SUV reviews!! He does such an amazing job covering every tiny detail of each car and always adds in his humor and great perspective. Hands down, one of the best in the field doing it!
Hi Thomas, Just wanted to say that i approve of the little bits of theatre you’ve added to a couple of your latest videos. It adds to the fun and i hope you keep doing it
740 HP in an SUV! Insane. Another great review. This channel is becoming my favourite car review channel……. Well, between this and Carwow. The in-depth, reviews are better here, there’s far more detail, everything seems to be spotted. Thomas carries this channel. 👍👌🏽
Porsche can really never do any wrong in my opinion. From their sporty driving dynamics, to their excellent engines, and just overall perfection. If it weren’t for the Cayenne, we wouldn’t have the amazing cars that Porsche are making today, since this SUV literally saved them back then.
The digital dashboard has no cover from sunlight coming from above, something which is more and more the case with cars with digital dashboards. How is the legibility of the dashboard when hit by sunlight? What about damage from sunlight in the summer?
I went to the launch event here in the UK, the only thing I really don't like which I stand by is the gear selector. Why this is one of the things they migrated from the Taycan I really don't know... everything else is beautiful :) Great review as always Thomas!
@@autogefuehl Hej! Oh well, just a coincidence then! 😉 I like your videos btw. I think you’re doing a good job and your English is impressive! I wish I could speak German as well as you speak English! 🙈
That's a great looking SUV and the interior is gorgeous. But could you also tell Porsche to please step away from the large haptic "buttons" such as what you are pressing at 6:30 I mean they look awesome but it looks like you are rocking an entire panel. This is right up there with Merc's immovable seat adjustment touch surfaces in terms of nightmare stuff for me ;- )
Hello Thomas, My name is Bob Oscar. I wanted to let you know, as the head of the Awards Selection Committee, we've decided to award that intro with the Oscar for "Best Short Film". Congratulations.
you guys definitely deserve an Oscar for these new intros! Maybe also more content from Thomas in bed?😂 but the title should be changed since it’s the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid, the normal Cayenne Turbo is discontinued ;)
always always enjoyed your in depth review of porsche cars, thank you thomas, and the all important “shaving” function demonstration, who knows porsche might include this feature in the next generation 😅
You don't happen to know. Will the battery from the new Turbo to Turbo S 2018 be suitable??? I would love to change it. On my Turbo S, the battery is enough for 20 kilometers.
Another great review Thomas. Thanks for your efforts. I’ve just ordered the new Cayenne S Coupe hybrid. Really wanted to go for some form of faux leather or fabric seats, but if you go for the retro fabric (sports) pack you lose the glass roof. Shame.
Great review -- I think porsche should address the one thing for luxury feel -> very weak center vents. The Macan desperately suffers through this and the center vents are extremely weak to almost non existent.
Seems to have a few minor but important mishaps on the interior (e.g. folding rear seats issue or floor mats) as pointed out by Thomas. Bit of a surprise from Porsche really especially for a vehicle at this price point.
Great review again. I had the Cayenne E Hybrid and found the regenerative brakes to be a big disappointment. They had no feel and were either on or off like an old Citroen. The seats were the leather sports version and as you say they were too hard and affected comfort over long trips. I got a a bit fed up and changed to a Taycan Cross Turismo and I love it, the brakes aren’t like a 911 but they are far better than the e hybrid. What I like best is Racetex seats in my new GTS, far more comfortable, no need for heating or cooling and animal friendly. P.s. maybe you should think of an Only Fans Autogefuhl channel after the introduction segment. Just kidding. 😉
Let us go back into the reality- There is nothing sporty about this great heavy lump of car. You are just being sold a stupid car. If you want a car that handles well and can go around a corner fast then buy a real sports car. If you want to go off road then buy a 4x4 with off road tyres. If you want to move lots of stuff then buy a big estate. This thing does all of these things badly. There is not much room in it for its size. It will never be taken off road. It handles dreadfully! Look how the passenger is hanging on to the door handle and being rattled about on the drive. Pointless having a daft amount of power like this. You cannot make the thing go faster as its handling is at the limit before the power is used. A 2 litre diesel can do 130mph so you do not need it for speed. What is the point!
It has nothing to do with Porsche anymore. A true Porsche has only a gasoline engine, and this plug-in hybrid, to me, is not a real Porsche. If I were to buy a Porsche for myself, I would only go for a pure gasoline one...
