@@primekiller5729Who wouldnt have tried to get the shutout in the playoffs? The Leafs own ego came back to bite them just not playing a full 60 minutes of Hockey. Funny How Nylander got the final 3 Leaf goals of the post season, but he was also the one in the best position to stop that last second goal. Instead he just watched the rebound and did nothing.
That Knies to Tkachuk transition was legendary. As a Leafs fan, I kind of expected this outcome. Ah well, should've lost in 5 but hey the team might look different next season, right?
Oh, so you think you're clever by insulting the Maple Leafs? That's rich coming from someone who probably can't even skate without falling on their face. But hey, I get it - it must be easy to talk trash from the sidelines when you've never experienced the thrill of being part of a dedicated fan base like Leaf Nation. Keep on hating, but just remember, jealousy looks good on no one.
@@ThomasDupuis-uu1ddi can hear your jealousy of every team with a cup since ‘67 from a mile away. gatekeeping fans from enjoying a sport because they don’t play it is too stupid a take to deconstruct, because i’m not even sure if there’s enough brain in there to compute anything outside of your own opinion
@@ThomasDupuis-uu1dd yes, the tradition continues…fan base of losers..lol, only team worse? Is Vancouver. As for me? I played hockey as everyone did in Canada. Well always next year for hope and parade route of despair.
As a Sens fan, it was hard to see the leafs lose game 7. They had so much pressure on them making it pasted the first round last year and to see that they pushed it to a game 7 and lost it, there's going to be same changes. After all, I haven't seen Sens playoff hockey since 2017.😂
You want a prediction about the Leafs, you're asking the wrong Tkachuk....I'll give you a hockey prediction: It's gonna be cold, it's gonna be grey, and it's gonna last you for the rest of your life.
So, the nolander doesn't cover his man or back check on the losing goal. He holds out on his team for more money. Then he has a booboo and can't play game one. Ah, Clark was twice the man.
This is complete bullcrap. The Leafs came back from a 3-1 series deficit until the Bruins ruined it in OT. The Leafs did not deserve to lose in 7 to the Boston Bruins. The Leafs deserve to win this series in 7 games
the irony is it got that fucking name from the CANAIDAN BANK buying naming rights to an AMERICAN stadium during that 2008 [post bank crash debacle (which no one recovered from)
@@Matanumi Actually TD In February of last year, agreed to acquire First Horizon, a move that was projected to elevate it from the eighth to the sixth-largest bank in the United States. This acquisition would increase TD's assets to approximately $614 billion and expand its operations across 22 states. Additionally, TD holds a stake in Charles Schwab (SCHW). The Canadian banking system is 100% more stable then yours, and we own the Gardens. Plus Leaf's nation is the largest fan based team in the NHL.
The most promising season in about 30 years to have a Canadian team win the cup, Rd1: Jets self destruct Rd1: Leafs do Leaf things... again Rd2: Oilers and Canucks have to play each other in what will probably be a draining series. Not looking good again.
Next year will be the year if they swap 2 core pieces of their top 4: - Tavares 90% - Marner 100% Marner’s careles mistakes every playoffs is just unacceptable. He was puck watching instead of chasing pasta even on the OT winner. Can’t believe I bought his jersey from his AMAZING regular season play.
Interesting that staying in the net instead of playing the puck may have been the wrong thing for Samsonov to do in OT. Maybe he had Dangle's voice in his head, or maybe Ovechkin's...STAY IN THE NET, BLYAT!
As a bruins fan, we're probably going to get destroyed by florida. But it doesn't matter, we didnt blow back to back 3-1 series and we caused more pain for leaf fans
@@SkillingItUp I hear where you're coming from. To me, I like that it shows how this losing pattern transcends players, coaches and management. It's pretty amazing honestly 🤯
How many goals do you think these guys would score if they hit or especially if they got hit.Missing almost no games year after year??Playing professional hockey. These guys would have never made it in the 70s or 80’s never mind the 90’s.Soft & Rich. These guys have never dropped the gloves or anything & you wonder why they go no where. They are multi millionaires in their early mid twenties.Generational wealth before the age of 30.
I never want to see a nucks in a nut shell no matter how great it sounds. Unless you do one for the Stanley cup champs which is honestly a good idea for you.
Everyone screaming for Leaf players to go...I have bad news for you. The following players have no movement clauses in their contracts... Tyler Bertuzzi (1 year contract signed 2023 so it's a moot point) Auston Matthews (4 year contract signed 2023) Mitch Marner (6 year contract that ends after the 2024-25 season) William Nylander (8 year contract...I believe signed last year) Morgan Rielly (8 year contract signed in 2021) & John Tavares (7 year contract signed, I think, in 2018) Good luck getting rid of these guys (except Bertuzzi).
