This was a very enjoyable and nostalgic video for me. In 1994 I became a husband, father and sworn Deputy Sheriff. I was a big fan of Freedy Johnston and Luka Bloom. What I remember most fondly was rocking my baby daughter in front of the t.v. while watching VH1. Sponge, Soundgarden, Tom Petty and Weezer were constantly played. "Plowed" made me rock faster-Ha! Loved it! But like Joe mentioned about Seal, "Kiss from a Rose" might have been out a little bit down the road because whenever it came on, my non-infant daughter would always look up at me and smile. Pure happiness. Good job, guys.

I saw Lollapalooza '94 and the Beasties brought a gleeful feel to the crowd. That's when I realized I was a big BB fan. Their first album was juvenile and offensive but they really evolved into a legendary group 🎤🎤🎤💥

Dang, lots of great picks. 1994 was both a tough year and a memorable year in my life. I was turning 20, and the music from that time is probably the most evocative in my head. I remember on a single day in the fall that year I brought home Suede's Dog Man Star, Dada's American Highway Flower, and Sloan's Twice Removed. Incredible. What a year. Possum Kingdom, Lilac Wine, Still Remains, Backwater, The Day I Tried to Live, God, Buddy Holly, great picks. The reason you had no song overlap is that there are just so many dang good tracks from this era.

Nice to see You Gotta Be by Des'Ree in there. And This is A low by Blur. Once again, the bias towards albums misses out Whatever by Oasis which I think is their best song. My song of the year.
