People dont understand how tough tapales is, he fought akmedaliav and won. Half of inoues punches were hitting the gloves and it still broke down tapales which is crazy. All of the stoppages and knockouts on tapales was from head shot or on the chin and inoues 10th rd was just breaking through the guard to stop him

Tapales is insanely tough. Fulton took 1 shot and noped the rest of the fight. Shoutout to Inoue, he could've easily decision'd his way in the fight and run around the ring ala Mayweather. BUT he wanted to make it entertaining for the fans.

My opinion is Tapales didn't talk crap about Inoue beside tapales did said he want to knock Inoue out. Tapales seems like a nice and humble person. I think Inoue kind of took it easy on tapales only. Inoue was just going with the flow with Tapales. There were many times Inoue just wait for Tapales to throw some punch to react back. Inoue want to give Tapales a fight. If Inoue really want to end the fight early like round four, Inoue could of done in earlier round or any round. If Inoue put a 100 % and press on Tapales like round 4 , Tapales would have been KO early completely. Credit to Tapales daring to be great took the fight with Inoue.

You can tell when Tapales do hit Inoue cleanly, it didn't faze nor hurt Inoue...But when Inoue hit Tapales ( even on the gloves ) it pushes Tapales around and off balance...You can feel and tell the difference in power and speed..But give Tapales credit, he is a tough rugged guy tho, and brave. I said the same that Tapales was saved by the bell in round 4, lol

Exactly. Inoue is a gentler monster to those he respects... Pinoys the most. Now if a challenger is a sh!ttalker, he feels enabled to unleash his best stuff... and none of those with big mouths walked the walk. Tapales deserves credit. He has guts and resilience. He came in prepared. Good fight.

Tapales was tough, awkward and game... Inoue has very good power; but EVEN BUTLER showed that you can fight scared and potentially escape a KO. Donaire did the best because he has DYNAMITE power that is greater than Inoue's in single shot power.

Mind you, Inoue started fighting championship fights since his 4th fight xD Crawford didn't get involved in a championship fight until his 21st fight. Basically, what I'm saying is: Naoya Inoue has fought in 23 major world title fights and has been fighting in championship fights back-to-back since his 4th fight near his debut! I can't recall anyone else starting out this strong this early other than Vasyl Lomachenko. But Vasyl Lomachenko started in the pros super late because he spent the majority of his boxing life in the amateurs. Anyways, you're right, Inoue is the #1 Pound for Pound fighter right now without question. And he's only 30 years old! He's got about 10 more years! (Crawford is about to retire btw),

@@MathiasonBoxing Speaking of Mj and Nery, according to No Smoke Spor-t, a 3-fight deal in 2024 at Saudi Arabia is in the making for Naoya Inoue. It's possible that he might fight Nery, MJ, and finally, Casmiero all in one year. A fight in May, another in September and the final one in December. Casmiero is supposedly planned for December. They say Naoya is fighting him just to shut up a bunch of people, but it's completely overkill in my opinion. Just let Casmiero go as there are bigger fights to make. Inoue has nothing to prove in that fight. For Bud, I would love to see him fight another fight next year too. I hope he fights Tim Tzyu and Charlo. After that, he can retire.

Inoue p4p #1 easy. He's more active, going for the belts, fighting belt-holders and finishing them. Crawford is skilled, but he's fighting once a year, and his next fight is a rematch? I like Spence, but Spence will just get destroyed again. It's a safe match for Crawford.
