I want to start an IT journey into Scrum, initially it felt boring but watching your videos set me on course to the highest Scrum certificate... i believe i can do it.. Thank you for insight. Product owner( product)❤ Developer(creator)❤ Scrum master(coach)❤
Thank you very much. I hope you have a very successful career in IT with Scrum. I don't find it boring at all because technology is fast-based and rapidly changing.
Thank you so much for making this video. In my last assignment I had to play dual roles of an Agile project manager and a product owner. However, while adding details of this experience to my resume I wasn't sure if people would believe me. Hence I totally removed details of my contributions as a product owner. Now I can add it back.
I'd include it on your resume. I think most hiring managers will understand that many organizations don't do agile well. And then in interviews you can explain that you were asked to fill two roles that normally would have been separate people.
Brilliant stuff Mike! We would love to hear your take on the "role" of Stakeholders and the fuzzy stuff that happens before the 👽 green men from mars deliver the product backlog 📚 . Thanks!
I was working as SM and QA Lead and the biggest challenge I was facing is the context switching. Being a Scrum Team member, many times I felt that it is hard to maintain both the roles at same time.
