I am already 59 and do not have any money saved for retirement. I don’t have a good credit or down payment to buy real estate. What ‘a the best way to start? I do have a s corp for my accounting and bookkeeping services but my own personal expenses use most of the income.

You could find resources on being a bird dog first. Just finding good properties for others to invest in and getting a decent payout for your service. There are plenty of opportunities in this world. Just keep digging. You'll find them. Godspeed and keep your chin up!
