Tayo, when I tell my siblings you're an amazing and infact the best content creator in Africa, they sometimes think I overshoot the ratings. I was fired up, when I watched the first video of you guys. Now, this one has got me feeling I can also be a Billionaire Ghost in Nigeria. Young people are so Rich in Nigeria, and we hardly see or hear about them, if not for videos like this. We are all inspired by this giant strides, plus I am highly favoured to be a part of this generation.
I am a Ghanaian but he is making me think of buying properties in Nigeria. The price of a two bedroom luxury apartment in Ghana can buy three of his which offers even more in terms of the quality of materials and furnishings. Good work keep it up.
Success is not only in foreign land, Success is everywhere. Infact Nigeria have abandoned opportunities for People that see it. I will remember, when I was on way to Europe, in 1993, A British gentleman, that seat next to me. He asked questions, where am I going, I said Europe. He said, why are you leaving future behind, and going to uncertain future. I did not get it, at that time. Almost 30 years, I have seen, how far we have gone in African Continent, I see bright future in the Continent. I am appealing to the youth, look for opportunities at home, don't fall in the trap of illusion of foriegn land. Because Africa is the next frontier. Africa is the future.
This serious business to the next level that is why I started my own single hotel property until I can reach to this level of achievement. I pray that God bless his hustle.
"It is stressful to be rich and successful" too many of us think the cars and international travel are all fun and games. This young man hopefully can teach other young (and old) Nigerians. Well done Tayo, and well done Nigeria! Imagine if government did their part and provided proper infrastructure, developers like this and many more would pass US and EU very quickly
@@malama_ka_aina he’s implying it’s “dirty” money. SMH 🤦♀️ Sadly, that’s a prevalent mindset among many (mostly unsuccessful) Nigerians, and an unfortunate byproduct of living in a nation were crookedness is pervasive. There is often widespread presumption (mostly, but not entirely, from unsuccessful, envious and bitter Nigerians) that only crooks can be successful in Nigeria. It’s even worse for women, whom are summarily presumed to be prostituting themselves. This tortured mindset enables many unsuccessful Nigerians to be able to live with their own lack of success, by effectively deluding themselves that it is their righteousness and moral probity that has kept them poor and unsuccessful.
@@therealist2866 I respect people's opinion and expression and I expect the same. My statement does not in anyway endorse your connotations. As an investor at home and abroad, you cannot see things through my own lens. After watching this video, certain things were red flags to me. If you are a well experienced investor, you will readily understand these things. I respect your views but don't agree with you. If you expect me to engage in vituperative banters with you, I am sorry I am way better than that.
What I have realized is that people who have built themselves up from nothing are truly humble. They don't let their wealth overshadow how they see other people!
The Luxury is on another level! Also, love the B-ROLL from the beginning of the video. LOVE @tayoaina video production is cool. One of the best in Africa for now. keep up the good work!
Great job Tayo 🔥 unpopular opinion, As African that studied various types of designs both in the motherland and Europe I feel like all this new developers really are influenced by Dubai and other western countries with shiny objects that has no connectivity with the soul and nature is just flat n artificial. We have beautiful sculpture, furnitures and many other sources of inspiration in Africa that is rich for the mind, soul & body, please AFRICANS look within yourselves for inspiration. Even Gucci and big brands u love copy a lot of designs from Africa..
Instead of talking the talk, why are YOU not walking the walk? 🤔 If you see a vacuum, fill it and become wildly successful. Every successful entrepreneur is solving a problem or filling a need (sometimes before people even realize there is such a need). Meanwhile, as much as we love culture, this is still a BUSINESS and thus just be sure that whatever you pursue has to be bankable (Nigerian banks are not as emotionally invested in culture as in cash returns).
I'm with you on that. Well said. Everything we do is a copy of other people's thoughts, culture and way of life. Why can't we create sit back and watch citizens from other countries copy us and our design??
Amazing young man, And while other Nigerian youths men are imitating and aping the overindulged excesses of western misbehaviour… ear and nose rings, tattoos, and painting their nails… Nola stands tall as a symbol of correct sense and positive progression. God bless him abundantly!
@@greeninspiration7725 You left out painting their nails!!! Well what do you think? Any of these features showing young successful Nigerians never have them looking like Lil Wayne! There must be a connection between putting your head down, keeping focused, not needlessly distracted with aping and copying the worst excesses of western misbehaviour and success! On the other hand, trawl through the prison population anywhere in the world, and there is a healthy representation of tattooed, pierced, nose rings and other deviant traits amongst its inmates! Go figure!
I really appreciate what you are doing. Bringing to our screens the amazing things that people in Africa are able to do. And showing us how people have become successful by working hard. Great job Tayo!!
Tayo I introduced my hubby to your channel cos he loves real Estate business and has been watching you but finally subscribed yesterday. Keep the good work up
This is my vision, when I am stressed out. I pick my passport and go to another country to chill out. Or visit maybe Obudu Cattle Ranch. I don't think I necessarily have to leave Nigeria to be successful.
I must say..the architecture of the buildings are top notch..I'm truly impressed that they made provision for wardrobes and some other necessary furnishings. Also love the fact that he values giving every grade a balcony It's just so good to see the intentionality about every building. One thing i must say though is that i pray the estate developer's look towards more green areas in their designs. Thank you Tayo 😊glad to see you back in real estate tour series..i always enjoy such videos from you
Very Inspiring especially such investment by a Young Nigerian. Kudos. Thanks for Immortalising where most of us lived in the UK, 'Camberwell'. Next could be Peckham,Thamsmead.❤❤🇬🇧🙏👍🏼
Tayo, you definitely are the best content creator in Africa. Your content is educational, inspirational and aspirational. You help reconstruct the African narrative without pointing the fingers at West or the tired story of foreigners trying to recolonise Africa. You focus your content on promoting the entrepreneurial spirit and untapped touristic potential of sub-Sahara Africa without denying its challenges. EXCELLENT WORK AS USUAL
I LOVE the open kitchen in the last apartment! Here in the USA, everyone wants an open kitchen design so you can interact with your guests while you cook. Nice properties and they also look well built.
Omooo your videos is just the real motivation that we can all relate with. Whenever your channel notifications pops up, my heart leaps for joy. Thanks for all you do. God bless you massively
Good job Tayo.I like the fact that you're starting to bring successful young people on your channel.I'm a big fan of you. You're really show casing Nigeria in a good way.
Nola is a textbook example of how utilizing one"s thinking caps and believing in your dream despite countless challenges can translate into gradual success no matter your AGE...African is watching quite closely the beautiful strides coming out of Nigeria.. much respect from the SADC region...Salute
He is doing well!! the apartmen is nice. This is the price range l expected apartments to be selling in Nigeria, that's the only way Nigeria can develop not these London prices some of these developers are quoting in lagos. Thanks for sharing mate.
Tayo Aina, honestly bro, u are really doing a great job. Even though u seem to just joke abt it, u are going to be a billionaire too. Tnks 4 d great job; letting us know that one can really make it anywhere & that we are really sitting on "acres of diamond", giving us not much reason to travel far in search of green pastures. More blessings for d young billionaire; more blessings for u too. One love!
My friend has been talking about this Tayo of a guy. I decided to search for his channel on Sunday, since then I'm glued here. Loves his content, camera angles, and the way he portrays Africa. Seems he post mostly about Real Estate. Good job Champ!
I think he's blessed. He is one of the lucky ones. Hardworking, smart guy.Wish I can meet him and ask how did he manage being consistent in a country that will frustrate you for every step you take in achieving your goals. I pray for God's grace to continue in his life.Believe me it's the grace of God.I really admire him, wishing him more success.Thank you Tayo for sharing.
Now I feel some kind of way cos I never took my time to visit Abijo GRA before I relocated with my family to Ghana. We stayed in Lakowe, I should have bought 1
I really enjoy your channel for showing beautiful Nigeria to world travelers such as me. I’m totally in love with your country and can’t wait to visit! If anyone can help with visa issue, I’ll more than glad to hear from you!
Congratulations for avoiding jealousy and pettiness in your approach to and concentrate on embracing economic activities. At 31 years old doing business for people at 50years and above is very impressive.
This man is insanely inspiring to me! For an up and coming real estate personnel! He has shown me a lot things I didn't know of, thank you Mr Tayo Aina, keep giving us young Nigerians hope!
The Mercedes G wagon is my dream car. I just love it. I love how bossy and classic it appears. It also gives me Mafia vibes. In the previous video I leant allot but what strokes me more is when he spoke about paying attention to number as a business person. That is a very huge blueprinted he gave out right there. He says your memory in numbers should not be downplayed and I find that so interesting. Love from Ghana. I love you Naija and I hope to visit Nigeria in the near future. It's a must
Love seeing my people's winning and striving, even more so in this country.Anyone who succeeds and strives in nigeria despite the economic circumstances, can definitely succeed and strive anywhere.Kudos to you mr Nola and you as well tayo for broadcasting to the world

Hey Tayo, first time comment here. I just want to thank you and appreciate what you're doing, I have joined the pool of your international subscribers, and will be sharing your videos to the world, apart from liking what you're doing I also want those around me to see that I'm not from the jungle that their media and educators told them we're from also your videos are inspirational and encouraging to a lot of us, and some how gives us a sense pride too. So thanks a lot bro keep doing what you're doing and keep making us proud and keep making that money too!
This video really inspire me @tayoaina,it says a lot to me,get rich travel arround the World is a whole stress,i like what you do congrat, put Togo in your plans we are waiting for you .🙏🙏
Tayo aina first off I'd like to say well done for uploading this video. Next time though ask these developers how they got started? How they raised finance?... How to mitigate risk? How to find good builders and architects? The acquisition of land without the hassles of area boys? These are the type of questions that will help your audience to connect with you cos people actually watch your videos *to be inspired.* (Remember that) Most of these real estate moguls you interview are there to show off their cars, houses and market their products to us which is ok if we are also getting value somehow. If people want to see boats, cars, private jets and expensive houses I'm sure they can watch a few episodes of the *life of the rich and famous* You often hear people say I started with nothing but their stories doesn't add up. 😏 Anyway keep up the good work Tayo. I'm not going against you. Its just advice. Peace out
