Now i want people to realize that Sung Jinwoo is actually the strongest in the Solo Leveling Verse this man got everything wrong and to clarify Sung Jinwoo can kill the Absolute Being because this god can create but it cannot fight as stated by Ashborn and people just suddenly forgot the LN when Sung literally became Omnipotence and don't even get started on Solo Leveling Ragnarok were he became outerversal.

this ranking would've been percfect but the fact that you ranked Tarnak Higher than Querehsha and Hochwan is crazy, he litterally lost against a fight between Him vs Beru and Bellion alone, i would've ranked for the monarchs are Legia, Yugumnt, Tarnak, Querensha, Hochwan, Rakan, Baran, Antares and Ashborn

Ashborn is over Antares as he would've tried killing him after the other 2 failed in the past instead of avoiding him.. He also took Transmuter with him once he realised Sung was the new Monarch soo before even knowing he had Ashborns full power as during their fight he then realises he's the real deal and not just a vessel like the rest. Ashborn also never lost or was stated to have ever lost as the Monarchs and flashbacks show him winning he just got bored of them and passed his power on knowing it'll be enough to beat both sides

Igris > Beru Igris was 1 of the 2 wings of the shadow army and the Frost Monarch considered Igris a greater threat.

in my opinion beru or igris is definitely above any national hunters because as you know thomas andre after using rainforcement or spiritual body manifestation was beating rakan at base but when he start to transform thomas got beaten pretty quickly now we have igris after his true power was unsealed was literally keeping up and even chasing down the frost monarch in his TRUE FORM and even the frost monarch considered it as annoying and even acknowledge igris as the righthandman of the shadow army. we can say that the frost monarch is probably equal to the beast since he also pretty much last againts sung jin woo after the beast monarch got killed in 4 hits so yeah igris and beru are above the national level hunters tbh tusk is even above the national level hunters since his flame was stronger than a dragon who's on the same level as kamish and this is true since even thomas himself said that just one of the three dragons can threaten humanity
