How To Get Rid Of Approach Anxiety (Fear Of Talking To Girls)
Approach Anxiety is the fear/resistance you feel before talking to a girl you have never met before.
This leads to you not doing the approach altogether because of you feeling fear directly.
Or coming up with excuses to protect your ego and not do the approach at all.
These excuses could be:
► Disqualifying or overly qualifying the girl.
E.g. She's too tall/ too hot/ not my type/ not that pretty, etc.
►She's with someone. That guy must be her boyfriend. She's taken. She's with her mom/dad/brother.
► She looks bitchy/angry/in a bad mood.
► I'm not in the mood/I'm not ready.
► I'll do it later.
► I've already done a lot of approaches. I'll do it later.
► I don't even want the girl.
► I'm sick today/my throat is gone.
► I look like sh*t, it won't work/she'll get scared.

Bro I tried today, I dressed up went to a happening area in Bangalore and did the exercise. In 25min, I reached to 6 members and talked(4 sets- 2 girl group, 1 set-2girl and 1 guy, 2 set-guys group). I don't know what improved in me, some girls would not even give a shakehand when I say Hi loudly and smiling 🤦‍♂️ but they had a conversation atleast, in pub one girl talked with some smile. Not that great experience but I realized I could make good guy friends😅.. Guys are so cool, girls give this awkward and confused look, felt bad a little. Overall proud of myself for doing this atleast. Will definitely try again. How many times you think I should do to get some significant improvement?!!!

Nice work done here mate for AFCS , have been reading a book called rational maLe by Rollo Tomassi . Read and understood the plate theory and how to develop life long skills like pick up artistry . So I was in Chandigarh on the streets trying to approach girls I spent three days going around but couldn't gather the courage to approach so I was sitting in Japanese park Chandigarh and was eating Maggi and googled how to get over approach anxiety and this came up right after watching the video I used the 3 second rule and did my first ever approach and I was sure I was gonna get rejected but I guess beginners luck I didn't and I got her IG. Bro the set getting difficult logistically and getting in your head is so true. I have missed many 10s like this earlier. Bro tbh I am an skinny guy(18year) with pretty face and I have done approaches on 4 girls near my society and they all make weird faces and say they dont talk to strangers ,I think the girls in South delhi are open minded but in East delhi (mayur vihar)not,does the game only work in clubs or big malls or what?I would love if you answer this plz and yeah I also look 2 or 3 years younger than my real age!

Trace Liam I'm 25 man. Yes this works for older men. What you have is just a limiting belief. I've coached guys from the age of 30 to 43 as well and they're just amazing when they go out and talk to girls. They're better than guys in their 20s. I'd say from what I've seen is that guys who are over the age of 30 and 40, women find them more attractive. I've seen with my eyes. Its crazy. Men age like fine wine. The older, the better.
