The point he’s making is it isn’t the 405 streets. When you let situations like this go down, you’re opening up Pandora’s Box. Because now whenever visitors are racing on 405 roads, they might have complaints about every race and would want things to be bent to their liking until they win. I agree with always riding for your guys but at some point you gotta hold your people accountable. I don’t agree with Chief doing it in that fashion but I agree with him holding his guys accountable.

Maybe but also Ryan kinda was complaining and he should be able to handle himself better at out of town events in the past that wasn’t a jump and he came to chief complaining so

Until next season rolls around and Shawn is now the one taking the heat. You have no idea what it takes to be a Racemaster and be a racer. 10 seasons in tells me Chief had a good understanding of that and ran it well with his influence. These guys on the show need to tip their hat off to him. They all had day time jobs when this all started. Now this is their job and they are getting paid very well doing what they love thanks to the guy narrating the show for 10 seasons and making them a household name. Nola has fast cars but that show couldn't get off the ground with Dry Kye in front of the camera. Too many people are quick to throw Chief under the bus..... step back and see what he actually did to "help" make this show last 10 seasons.

Ryan’s utter dominance within the 405 proves he doesn’t share tech with his own team, and Shawn is wishy-washy as it gets. Chief is the only one on the team with the strength of personality to lead a team/show.
