I have just sold my 2017 skoda superb 2.0 190 tdi dsg sel executive estate, as a stock diesel it was fantastic and on a long run it was such an amazing car to own and drive ,I can only image how good a 400 bhp +sportline would be .don't knock the skodas until you have driven and owned one .audi A6 space and pace for fiesta money .superb by name
The diesls are lovely to drive day to day due to the torque +dsg... the petrol however need to be kept at high revs and wring the life out of it ..very capable cars
@@Sbrumtwn I got a mk3 tdi vrs dsg remapped to 235bhp and 470nm tourue and with a gearbox map love the car as a daily for work it does exactly what u need it to do

Got a 2020 passat estate as revo stage two here, so very similar to this. Such a great package, but mine is a true sleeper with quiet exhaust and dark blue paintwork. Great video 🤙🏼
I wanted the estate as a workhorse but then got a mk3 TTS and now have the real world mpg figure so bought a Volvo twin turbo diesel instead. 20mpg from the Audi which is half a tonne lighter than the Skoda…..
Nearly got one of these instead of my Golf R estate.... really nice cars, the build quality is better than the Golf, soft plastics throughout. The later ones get even more toys and digi dash. Didn't think I'd get much money back though as I'm not sure there's much call for a super fast Skoda.
Same here, I went with the R estate as these were a bit more money but the Superb is a really good looking car! Feel like it's a sharper design than the Golf which is a bit dumpy from some angles

Guys the reason it feels lighter is that it is... Official weight is 1,554Kg, compared to a Golf R 1,544Kg (from Parkers) So it is a larger Golf R with longer Wheelbase... Nice car in the review

I've got an SR20 powered k11 Micra that looks completely standard. It has wheel trims, coil overs set at max height and two silencers with hidden exit pipe. That's a sleeper 😂. This skoda does look mint though👌
