I’ve been watching this channel for a while now. I love these suburb videos! There’s so much around Dallas and it gives people a feel of different vibes and an idea of just how big and beautiful the Dallas surrounding areas are. Perfect options for raising your kids/family in a friendly and active neighborhood setting. Thank you Brielle! 🙌

Hey there! There's quite a few options here really depending on your price point- On the lower East side of the lake, Casa Linda and Forest Hills have alot of older homes that are being flipped! Pricing under $500k for this area typically. Lake Highlands has some really great options as well. The closer you are to the lake - the higher the prices and vise-versa. Send me a text or email! So is it possible to find a 4 bedroom home around 350k in or around McKinney? Thanks love the videos.

Hi there! Absolutely! You will see more options with 3 bedrooms at this price point. The northern suburbs and outer edge of McKinney will have new construction options under $400k and 4 bedrooms that you may like. Send me an email or text and we can look at some options :)
