Idk about you guys, but I constantly face blood dk and paladin and I am in top 1000 legend. This has been the case for the last 2 weeks. I am so tired of these decks and losing in turn 5 to paladin, even after the nerfs that did nothing
Yeah i get the frustration with Paladin but this is the first time we are seeing blood make a comeback in like a year and even now it is still hit and miss. Nothing wrong with seeing more of it after all this time.
You can feel the Holidae nerf against pirate rogue and even shaman. The weapon use to be able to comfortable trade into totems but now with one less attack you run the risk of having to keep a totem on board... Same with pirate rogues, being able to trade into the 2/2 pirates was great.
I still don't understand why they nerfed that card... it never felt oppressive, yeah it's bad when someone gets to play it on turn 4, but whatever... it's just some stats in the board... meanwhile Paladin still has Aura, Druid still has Fye, Mage and Warlock still have Reverb...
@@gibblefoon399 Idk... it never felt injust playing against it, 1 less attack makes the card a lot weaker, I would say it would've been better to make it -2 durability, although it would break the flavor...
@@Cuestrupaster I don't agree, if they played it on curve and they didn't die in like 2 turns, the game was basically over. Maybe it was fine if you play a lot of paladin?
@@gibblefoon399 I played everything this season... as I said isn't that the card didn't won games against me, it absolute did, but the games that it won always felt fair, balanced, deserved... unlike the other cards I firstly talked about...
A little confused and disappointed Treant Druid is listed for Standard, I foolishly crafted what I was missing to find Soul is Wild only and I can't find any good documentation on what a solid swap is. :(

Personally finding Kingsbane rogue extremely busted in Wild on the EU side. Hardest match-up is shaggro priest but not by much. Barely anyone runs weapon removal making it super easy to push huge damage quickly.
the excavate deck is even better if you remove the eviscerate and put a tess in its place, it has immense value with the cards generated by the scorpion and other cards
I really don't like the Rogue Excavate decks popping up, power to you guys if you do. But I really hate all this infinite add random shit to hand or discover random shit. First with Mage having 2 archetypes with it (Sif and Rommanth) and now with Rogue too, it's just getting a bit too much for me, I wish we had less of it and certainly not have entire archetypes designed around this nonsense. I'm seriously considering moving on from HS at this point.
@@youthinasia3125 Do you really wanna play late game though ? You usually win with a few swings after Odyn. It feels like you're making the deck worse in most cases for early game/drawing Odyn early

The asia server experience is very dull right now, with 40k player in legend and like 1/3rd of them is bot with triple unholy dk, some of the slower decks sees almost no play here.
I think youre all no brainers..... not one of you can make a decent deck they just spam new cards and the games like yep you spent have some wins.... it dontmatter what deck you play you could play taunt warrior and have goldshire footman and a charge as your win condition. If youve apent youll win every game
This video is bullshit. Remember, he's talking about the decks for people who are already legend. I've been playing bronze through platine the whole month and I've seen these decks MAYBE once. The majority off people bronze through platine are playing the counter for these decks, not the decks themselves. Therefore, this video is pointless.
I hate "not less than 1". Not because of the mechanic inherently (though it can suck there sometimes) but because it looks soooo bad. Why not "reduce the cost by X, down to 1"? It doesn't read like it would make 0 cost cards more expensive and doesn't need the stupid extra sentence in brackets.

Heyya Zeddy! Just hit legend as a F2P for the first time in 4 years of play with excavate rogue. It was already my pet deck since expansion launch and I made a miracle variant after the first set of buffs. I got that deck to diamond 1 but fell back down but, with the deck you posted I was able to hit rank 11163 with a few subbed cards. Really great moment for me thanks to that deck and thanks to you for all you’ve done for the community. Cheers man!
Congrats man, took me some years to get Legend as F2P as well, but a good deck dropped that I really liked and I piloted it alright, so bam, Legend. It was such a good feeling that I had to go pick out an 'ending theme song' or two for it.
I recently tried using that card in my list. I like playing a steam cleaner combo version where I don’t run tracking and save all the sludge for an OTK with spell damage. The sludge change helped this type of deck :-) I’d also love a deck code if you have it

I'm a fairly low MMR but, of the decks I've been trying in Wild, Mech Paladin has been the best by a lot, I was sleeping on the deck since the Mechwarper ban but I gave it another try. If you get Radar Detector and 1 Galvanizer/Inventor's Aura you can pop off reasonably hard, some builds will even run 1-2 Knight of Anointment for extra discount since Inventor's Aura is a Holy spell. It can lose to heavy control like Druid and some Reno decks, but it bonks other aggro decks including Even Shaman, I don't have a single loss against Even Shaman, and hey, that deck plays itself so MMR doesn't matter amirite, if you have the cards (though it's cheap to craft with 0 Epics/Legendaries needed) and really hate that deck I'd recommend trying it out. I've also been having a lot of fun with Elemental Shaman, similar to Mech Paladin it can get kinda stupid when you get your discounts and start flooding Elementals out, but they don't hit as hard as Mechs, so you NEED a decent Skarr to seal the deal, which makes the deck pretty inconsistent, especially compared to Holy Wrath Paladin or just Highlander Hunter which is gonna hit you in a similar way that you're trying, but better. Fun, though. It makes me look forward to seeing Elementals in the future, which is a first in all of Hearthstone's history.
@@Armaniran193That's the point of combo decks, to beat control, you can run disruption/armor gain. If they need to nerf something the stupid card generation and reverberations should be the target, those cards are really dumb
I am literally so unlucky my opponent like literally never draws a single plague and i never draw helya like one time in late game I shuffled like more than 10 plagues into his deck and i only had like less than 15 cards in my deck and still didn't I drew helya 🥲
