I think a very underrated off-season move is the Clippers holding a man hostage in his own home, and barricading his doors so a different team couldn't sign him. Clippers still didn't do much winning after that, but still underrated.

Dom, that's a GREAT list man! I loved it! The only addition I would've made, which would've made the list 6 because all of yours were right, was the addition of Dennis Rodman to the Chicago Bulls in 1995. With Rodman, the Bulls went 72-10 in 1996 and reshaped NBA from that point on.
