Really, I am learning a lot of football and technique from you. Your videos are perfect for me. I hope you still make videos like this. If one day I become a football player, I will thank you for putting the extra work outside of training on RU-vid, you are amazing.
technology i wnna know more about that i wnna start but dont know how i know first step buying a meta 2 or 3 and then be your best but what is about other apps like heading and reaction what you would preferr im hopping for a reply sir but first of all thanks for your helps i appreciate it sir
@@brianmustard Yes, first you have to get a Meta Quest 2 or 3. I’d recommend getting the 3, but it depends what is in your budget. The apps you will find within the Meta Quest store. ‘BeYourBest’ for the awareness, vision and decision-making training and ‘Rezzil Player’ for the reaction and heading training 🙌
It’s very hard for me to create schedule for several players, a lot due to time restraints! Regarding your question, if you’re willing to put in the work and effort required to go pro, I think you should try. What is there to say you can’t do it? It may go quick, it may take 10 years or it may never happen, but if you enjoy the journey of training & playing why shouldn’t you give it a shot?
I started my training and its 1week completed and this week i trained strength, speedand polymetrics and for next week what should i train any suggestion
For next week you go with strength, speed and plyometrics again. As I said in the video, you want to progressively overload your body because that is what will create the improvement! Do the same things as you did in week 1, but do slightly more reps or raise the intensity slightly. Make it harder in some way. When you been doing it for 3-4 weeks, then it may be time to switch things up depending on how you feel
It depends 🤔 More often than not I’d lean slightly more towards joining the best team you possibly can, and then fight for a place in that team! At the same time, if you have already tried that but haven’t found much success, it can be better to play in a lesser team but where you can count on more playing time.
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🔥 Ambitious football players should focus on valuable, yet unasked questions in their training journey. 01:21 💪 Intensity is crucial in football training, involving maximum effort, focus, and adaptability to different phases of the season. 03:10 🏋 Balancing training load is vital to ensure peak performance and prevent injuries, emphasizing gradual increases in workload and duration. 04:30 🏋♂ Progressive overload is key to building strength and skill, continually challenging your body to avoid stagnation. 06:09 🔄 Adaptation is the body's response to training stress, and variety in routines is essential to prevent plateaus and improve performance. 08:00 💤 Recovery and regeneration techniques, including sleep, nutrition, hydration, and relaxation, are crucial for sustained high performance and injury prevention. I want to become professional footballer Please tell me what training should i do cardio , strength traning , with ball or without ball I am so confused, i do team Training 3 times in a week please tell me how much and what should i do more
There isn’t a magic formula and one thing you should be doing. You should focus on yourself, what are your strengths and areas of improvements? Identify those and work on those in training 💪
Thank you! Eventually, the progress will be harder and harder to achieve, but we always want to strive to make the workouts harder in some way. If we can't add more load, try to change it up in another way that keeps the workout challenging enough. Can we switch our bi-lateral squats out for a uni-lateral variant, to challenge our balance. Can we implement rotation into the movement? Can we perform the movement more explosively and with more speed to help it translate better to what we do on the field? There is always more things we can do to make it harder.
Another good video👌🏽Can you make one on how to plan "leveling up"(planing to make it to the highest levels(Top tier and UEFA competitions))because I sometimes set unrealistic timelines 😂😂and I think I'm not alone😶😶
Great video again bro, id just like to ask how do I progressively overload my technical training? Just do more and more shots/crosses/passes? Wouldn't that eventually lead to too much load?
Hi 👋 I’m guessing your referring to my 2024-video, and to answer that is to just go through the process again and repeat the steps in the video, and now see where you rate yourself and if that has changed
Honestly I learning alot from you and am also improving. Your videos are just perfect because you give a full detail and explanation to each point you figure out, keep it up. I want you to make a video on relaxation and recovery techniques😊
