Sometimes I think I am taking spirituality as an escape because every area of my life is a mess right now. But then I listen to you and every word you speak resonates so well, I realize spirituality is the truth, my mind is the barrier. I am practicing surrender, it seems scary but the universe never disappoints. I want to stop being hard on people and myself, I want to be gentle and loving towards others, but I am harsh and don't trust anyone, I've been taken advantage of for being kind and compassionate in the past. I don't know where this path is leading me, I don't have any plans for life anymore. I don't know myself anymore. I am lost but hopeful, learning to trust the process, going from extreme highs to extreme lows. The cycle never ends. Listening to you is such a blessing. Your energy is so comforting, I always leave your videos filled with gratitude and a sense of understanding that I can't put into words. Thank you for lighting our way 💕

You make some really great points, thank you. If I may say, the modern teaching that there is only 'Oneness' and everything else, including time and space, are illusions may need expanding upon. At the top of the tree is The Principle of Life, which is eternal. This Archetypal Principle has two Aspects - 1. Form Principle - That which houses the God Principle 2. God Principle - That which animates the Form Principle These two Aspects are two sides of the same coin. To 'consciously' enter into Oneness, where there is no conscious awareness of Form, does not mean Form no longer exists. Form/Energy is every bit as eternal as God/Oneness. If it were possible to remove Form/Energy completely, leaving only God/Oneness, then the Principle of Life cannot manifest because there is no Form to animate. If we were to completely remove God/Oneness, leaving only Form/Energy, the Principle of Life cannot manifest because there is nothing to animate the Form. We cannot have one without the other. For a person to be suffering, for example, depression, is every bit as real as God/Oneness. It is not an illusion, even if the depressed person is viewed from the highest Plane of Life/Oneness. To wave your hand in front of your face is every bit as real as God/Oneness. There is no illusion. Why? Because Form/Energy is eternal and is merely the opposite side of the coin to God/Oneness and is of equal value. Time and Space are Aspects of Form/Energy and are eternal in Principle. Consciousness and Spirit are Aspects of God/Oneness and are eternal in Principle. The Principle of Life is all there is, and in truth, all there needs to be ❤

I find it very helpful to listen to your videos many times over the course of weeks and months as I slowly expand my awareness though my catalysts and integrate. I have more trust in your teachings than I do with other teachers which seems to be making changes in my belief system a little easier and faster. Thanks again! 😀
Thanks Aaron, nice breakdown of these. When I was younger and in a strict religion I remember feeling overwhelming moments of love, of Gods love. But once I left that religion, it left me with a pretty bitter taste of what God was taught to me as. Since then I haven’t been able to experience that “blissful” love state. I try to practice giving love but it somehow feels empty.
Bless you for your journey. You get closer every day. The truth cannot be hidden for long. Once we do the work we will no longer guess or wonder but know from experience

The crux is: If we want to attain spiritual progress and shift in consciousness, we must walk the walk and not merely talk the talk. We are often obsessed with mental intellectual understanding and missed Aaron's key teaching.

For the timeless aspect of illumination,: When we focus on the here and now, time has frozen, there is only the NOW and its continuum become eternity. On oneness we see that each of us and indeed everything of the universe are manifestation of universal consciousness. Everybody and everything is closely connected. When I see different waves & ripples, I know it's water. When see ornaments, I can see the gold in them. When I see myself and others, what do I see?
I can't thank you enough for posting this wonderful video, all of which makes perfect sense; and you explain it all with great clarity. I aim to put into practice, both in my meditation and interaction with all sentient beings, these 5 truths; reminding myself all the time, that the Universe and I are one, that the Universe is Love (and therefore so am I); and work to be fully accepting and non- judgemental and more loving. Good stuff Aaron. When scientists talk about the "Big Bang", theory and that the Universe came into existence billions and billions of years ago, with one action of creativity. This is not plausible. For the Universe never did not exist. It has always existed. It has no beginning and no end. And the heart not unlike the mind, has its own memory and intelligence. Stay in the love frequency.
I would give laws like this: 1. The law of love: All energy returns to the sender. Karma, you reap what you sow, the golden rule. These all try and teach physics. Energy leaves a point as a thought force with substance and form of its own which ripples to the edge of existence and returns to its origin point with increased energy. Give love and you receive it. Give hate and you receive it. Give pride and you receive it. This is why we must love unconditionally. Give without expectation and you cannot help but to receive. 2. The law of visualization: man brings forth that which he gazes upon. Simply by perceiving you are creating. Master the mind and you can master all forces. As all are thought forces. 3. The law of faith: to manifest a desire you must know that it is already fulfilled. Do not go back to the asking. Ask only once and know with all your being that your ideals are manifest already. You are a child of God. You have all the creative potential as God. Explore creation by creating. Learn to live life more fully and abundantly beyond limits. For there are no true limits but those we set upon ourselves.
