Do not miss out on the green scenery of Zagorje, our countless mountains and fields in Slavonia. Each Croatian region is rich in history, it's not all by the seaside!
People- as local guy from Split all all this nice places you need to capture the soule of Croatia, take a walk trough Marian in Split, visit Poljud, take a drink or two, have nice food taking a good night....hop on a Jadrolinia and trevel over to Bol,Brač or Zlatni Rat...than you will understand this one here...
I was visiting croatia a couple years ago for 30 days, and on the day before we were about to leave I swam at a floating water park and got stomach flue on the plane ride
Always wanted to visit Croatia, my parents went there on vacation few years ago and had a great time. Hopefully I'll get there one day, explore it for a few weeks
Yes, please visit this most crowded cities and stay there. You will walk in lines and have chance to see and talk to other americans too. Nice holidays. Dont miss to take taxis and shuttles to your hotels. 😂😂😂
Funny that you say that because we were at all these places in October and didn’t experience any large crowds. Even Dubrovnik was very quiet, almost no one on the walls. Maybe the problem is that everyone visits during the same 8 week window of July - august 🤷🏻♀️
I am on a trip right now and we are going to five countries, we are starting in Croatia split, then 4 other countries (I don’t remember the names) then back to croatia but Croatia Dubrovnik
Because the destinations in this video are on the seaside, which is overpriced, but it's not nearly as expensive in the continental parts. The entirety of Croatia is covered with lots of national parks, mountains, hills, rivers and historical monuments. If you get a chance, explore the continental part more. Adriatic sea is a gem, it's magical, but it's really not all that Croatia can offer. However, Croatia is a really cheap destination in the eyes of tourists coming from western Europe or even America.
@@poisonivy9820 in Michigan i eat whole Pizza for 10 12 bucks ... in Dubrovnik i paid 7 euros a slice. Its not expenisive for apartment which was 150 euros for 2 of us right next to the see. Everything else super expensive to be honest !
