I wouldn't say they're bad as such but they are a budget airline so I guess you can't expect too much from them. Fine for short flights

And also, China eastern at least has TVs, not spirit and allegiant, they don’t have TVs at all. I’m from China so China eastern is really good IMO.

Spirit and allegiant are budget airline so you can’t compare them with full service carriers such as China Eastern. I used to live in China and I have tried China Eastern, China Southern, Air China and Hainan airlines. In my opinion all of the airlines in China that I have tried are descent but I personally prefer Air China because of more friendly crew members.

We flew with Qatar last year. 4 flights with them. All took off late and boarding was haphazard at best, but mostly disorganised and stressful. Never again

The airline I fly most frequently is United & I have generally had good experiences with them. The two Airlines I’ve had the worst experiences with are Spirit and American Airlines.

One of the worst airlines I’ve ever seen is Vietjet Air, I hate this airline because it always delays 1 to 3 hours, also the service is pretty bad. The ads aren’t real too, they said that there are food and many other good stuffs but in reality, there is nothing!

Of late Luftansa has degenerated into the WORST AIRLINES IN THE WORLD with very poor management, horrible customer service and perhaps the worst airline punctuality. I used to fly Luftansa before but have vowed never again to fly them after the miserable experience not once nor twice but many a times. Till you reach your destination you are like in a war zone with neither the staff, at the airport, helpful, nor their transit visa requirements standard nor their help to stranded passengers anywhere near desirable. I will give it 0 out of 10 rating. I really wonder how they can be so bad!!! Even their local bus service is better managed than Luftansa. Shame on them.

United and American Airlines, both are Terrible in Maintenance and service. We bought direct flight tickets; they all bumped us to stop over flights Turning 4 hour flights to a 24 Hour flights. Both are terrible.

Philippine Airlines's old A330 seat configuration is a candidate for the worst airline. No IFE and seats are cramped

Bravo Kuwait Airways for not selling alcohol in the plane 🎉 I wouldn't be happy to sit in the plane with drunk people or get diverted cause people get aggressive when they overdose alcohol

I can maybe see your point when it comes to selling alcohol in economy but if someone is spending the money for a first class ticket, they are generally doing so expecting complementary alcohol.

Could you imagine a long haul flight 15 + flight to Sydney from LAX Theor seats do not recline in the economy class…the pillow was terrible

I was on China Airlines recently. Butter was missing from breakfast. When I asked the crew about it, she was befuddled and had no idea what "butter" was. She simply said it wasn't served with breakfast. Unbelievable!

Do not confuse China Airlines from Taiwan with Air China from China mainland. China mainland has a few other airlines besides Air China, i.e, China Southern, China Eastern, and others in the Asia Pacific region. China Airlines from Taiwan is Taiwan’s flagship, it’s a 4-star Skytrax airlines. I have been flying with China Airlines( among other Asian airlines like Singapore, Japan, ANA, EVA, Korean, Cathay, …), and although it’s not a 5-star airlines, it is NOT bad at all; service, food, aircrafts, etc. I can’t help but chuckling at your “butter” anecdotes, frankly, even farmers in remote regions know what butter is, let alone flight attendants. Did you even pronounce the word “butter” right ?
