I deal with impalas everyday... 75k is crazy... that’s a 30k car all day. 63/64 Impala convertibles are hitting for up to 65 in Cali right now and the market is up 20%. Gzzz I can’t be playa hate the game though.
I'm a big fan of the 1965 Impala. Not is it my favourtite year for the model, but I wished that they had kept the cool tailights at least a few more years! Chevrolet was rolling out a whole new body for this car---longer and sexier than before with the most badass looking rear that tells the other cars on the road---"my 6 round tail lights just said you lose!"
Im the kind of person thats into the originality into a machine, whether its cars or firearms or rental labels, but Idk. theres little reason taking off those taillights, and 75 grand? Why??
i personally do not like lowered vehicles. if they were suppose to be lowered, they would have done it at the factory where they built it. other than that, you guys always do awesome work.
Where do th hey find the freakin idiots to buy a car like that f or 75grand. No big block no paint. Hell you could have the count do it all up for 75grand and then some
Being rich is about convenience not money, the time you'd have to wait impulses set in plus if it fails you can run straight back and have them repair it
That car needs a 402 police interceptor big block motor Chevy only made a few of them they went into cop cars I hope you going to make it Black interior
Do some people forget about labour and the fact they gotta pay everyone who did the engine, interior and what they did at the shop, stuff adds up quick, just because you bought one that was cheaper and did the work yourself doesn't mean he ripped the guy off, who knows how much those shops charge for labour per hour 😂
half ass job on the car. you can get a fully restored with new paint panels engine for 30-50k. i see them all the time in california . i doubt he paid 75k.
For 75,000 it better have hydraulics with a paint job,and bucket seats and a console. What no sound system? No big block? Not even a LS engine? And that rust under the wheel wells is not desirable.
Showing these ancient videos in 2020 is just weird ! Aaron been gone so long that his name now starts with a 'B ' ! Hope DMAX isn't actually making $$$ off these !
To follow up on a previous comment….the saddest day wasn’t when Aaron left, that was just the beginning, actually it was when Fast n’ Loud left Discovery and started there own RU-vid channel…thinking they could edit a show as well as they did…WRONG!! Now the RU-vid channel is found lacking and wanting for Dicovery’s editing and content control department. Only Richard thinks his format is great😐😞 Sorry Richard 🤷
@@xDILLONx25 I have never seen an impala command anything near that price unless it was a full custom show car. Unless it’s a 64 SS or bubble top, it’s not no business being built up for that much money.
@@MrZachgonz I agree and I have a 65 impala ss haha. No way I would expect anywhere near that for mine and mine is going to be nicer than that one when I’m done.
Prices for impala's been run up by classic car resellers..these cars shouldn't be sold over 35k.. their run of the mill assembly line cars.. if it were a copo, yenko or something special low production car.. like under 20.. then we're talking mula bucks. Impala come for sale almost on a daily bases.. ive picked up a few impala's last during covid.. 64 SS convertible 409 for 19k. Loaded with power options.. 69 for 15 hundred, 65 and 66 SS for 75 hundred.. peoe need to stop paying outrages prices.. their classics for sure.. but not rare.. if they were rare homeboys would be driving them or afford them.. lots of suckers out there
