I am going to work on imagining the End with my SP. I have been working on this more bc I honestly got very tired 😪 of believing in my SP. I will work on imagining and staying in this state. Even in my actual home life, I have been imagining better outcomes because people in my life have to change independent of my own work on myself.
Hi! Since youre taking questions, i was wondering how we can keep ourselves convinced of the "end state"? I find it hard to keep living like I already have what I want at times & I would love to know your thoughts on how we can keep ourselves positive!!
I had the same question! Lol I feel like generally I have been making progress in that, but I do have days and moments where I get caught in the old story, and then find very little movement in the 3D. I know there are a lot of good pieces of advice such as still feeling the emotions but not letting them control your beliefs, etc. but I think I get anxious in worrying if it’s going to work as soon as I’d hope. Like it’s very easy to believe/assume in the old story, even emotionally, whereas the new story I can verbally affirm but sometimes it takes my body longer to relax into that state than I want it to. Like for eg, if I’ve had a triggering thought based on some past trauma, I’ll affirm in the moment but the emotion still gets stuck in the anxiety provoked by that memory vs the emotion of the new story. If that makes sense?
@tselene1573 yes thats exactly how i feel!! I've been improving but there are times when i focus on my 3d & my negative emotions overwhelm me & make me feel like giving up. I havent yet, but i need a better way to motivate myself or get myself in the right mindset
