I am thinking of doing this diet for a bit longer than 7 days! :) It IS SO amazing when you get a few days under your belt and you look around and see how much more grounded you feel. And I highly suggest to NOT watch the news; I haven't watched the news for the last 2 years, I still know what is going on in the world. You don't actually have to sit in front of your tv to get the current news; just opening your laptop or looking on your phone, gets you everything you need and those thoughts are easier to deal with because you don't have the drama of fear that the tv news try's to bring to life. @@truthbeautywisdomseeker yes! The 7 Day Mental Diet should is a good starting point and it is doable. During those days people learn a lot about how negative their mind is when they are consciously choosing new thoughts. Then I think after the 7 days it turns into a way of life.
