@@yaboysjdior Being a world guardian isn't exclusive to angels, Ramiris and Guy were also designated guardians. Low ranking angels gain consciousness after turning into a phantom or possessing someone. Low ranking demons and Spirits have little to no ego either.

He has both. In vol 21 he combined both of his ultimate skills (i forgot the names) and got an entirely new ultimate skill. Free from Michaels/Feldways control with the help of Shuna (and Rimuru/Ciel)
