I think a great way to understand Bladee is to keep in mind that everything he does is well calculated and thought through. Even the flaws that you think are flaws are actually thought through and executed the way he wants to.

Bladee and Drain Gang like low-quality visuals and vibes for their videos and aesthetics so when it looks weird it's an intentional choice that's meant to be nostalgic of like old-internet 2010 crusty ass videos. I kno I'm a bit late to the party but in "Thee 9 is Up" bladee is not singing about a girl and thus isn't really about celibacy (although it def fits the theme). You can hear it at 35:08 when you say "falling in love twice just by looking in a girls eye", at that specific point he's not talking about a girl. Borrowing from the christian imagery that he displays around "The Fool" (and his other recent works overall) you can trace it back to the Jesus’s sermon on children, as in the Gospel of Mark: “And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them.” -Mark 10:13-16 Since there is no mention of romance earlier in the song (and "The Fool") overall, it's fair to say this is not about a woman, but rather about God’s love. Bladee is talking about "falling twice every time (as in falling constantly into sin), then lookin into Jesus eye's, coming into His arms like a child (innocently as stated by the Gospel) and feeling His love, lifting him up back to the top.
