This is the best album review and analysis of dc because everyone either sucks him off a little to much or they just hate him he’s the goat but sometimes you can’t really digest what he says but you’re listening to the music more than what he’s saying in His songs which is t bad it’s just different
I would say he has any bad songs but some people just look for different things in dc like he prefers the harder and more aggressive songs while this album is mostly alternative rock and electronic “vibe” songs
cant wait for rebirth, knowing dc he can do anything when it comes to music but its going to be extremely hard to top funeral. not many artists can have songs with a meaning or message behind it ontop of making it actually sound good. most artists have songs w messages/meanings dont sound that good cus the purpose is to get a message across, and songs that sound good usually dont even have a purpose behind it. but with sounds like you forgot about me for example is peak music n it has a cool lil story behind it when you listen to the lyrics. ontop of sounding perfected. its a 2 in 1. still yet have to come across another artist sounding the same, doing the same shit or making similar music in genera. ive listened to this album over a couple thousand times, i think its js over 6000 added up n i still go bac to it daily and listen thru it from 1 to 16. i love you daij
I feel like u will like his last album "My Own Worst Enemy" more but just letting u know that the first and the second half of this album are totally different vibes
I hope this album has grown on you or maybe it will in the future, these are great songs. But if you like the “harder” songs, the first half of mow3 sounds a lot like working on dying, but I prefer the more chill second half
@@pauln5310 I wouldn’t even say it’s more digestible I think it’s harder to get into but, is a more consistent and polished sound. Him and his prods def stepped up for this album
