When you use all your substitutes you can’t change around where your players are on the pitch For example, if I’m 2-1 down in the 75th minute I might make my last sub taking my left back off for a second striker and changing to a back 3, but if I do that I can’t put the striker into an attacking position, he’ll have to play as an inverted salsa centre back

Career objectives have always been horrible. They dont make sense. On Fifa 22 i had to sign 2 players under 20 and promote one from the youth academy while getting average squad age up to 28. Won the championship in my first season and still got sacked😂

Don't get me started on player career goals, it's always a player rating of 8,5 and 3 goals AS A MIDFIELDER

I’m most annoyed at the fact they need me to make 12 million from youth player sales when they are all 40 rated. And the other thing is there’s no security around away fans, if they make these happen I won’t complain again

Tbh I think you should be able to deactivate the possibility of being sacked in career mode for any reason. Normally our clubs are getting better every season, so why get the player sacked, when the story is different for once? In Fifa 16, after qualifying for the CL the previous season I finished the first half of the next season 17th in the Bundesliga. Turning that ship around and nearly winning the treble the season after that was the most fun I ever had in career mode. I only avoided a sacking narrowly, which would have destroyed all the fun. You should be able to choose whether you want to play realistic with the threat of a sack or not

Fifa 22 I had a front two of Adam Hlozek and Marcus Rashford. Three and a half seasons in they both were a 99 overall. I’m in March, Rashford has like 40 goals in all comps … and is an 82 🙃

I bought the game for a staggering $80 Canadian, played 5 full career mode games, took my disc out of my Playstation 4, drove back to my local Wal-Mart and returned it. Last time I touch Fifa or what ever this game is going to be called next year ever again.

Honestly, if you’re one of the players that has bought FIFA every year for nothing but something to play with your mates or by yourself, complained about it being shit and then proceeded to buy it the next year you need to give your head a wobble. This was the last EA FIFA ever (potentially) and rather than giving them a parting gift of a middle finger and one less copy of the game sold, you still went back to them. Absolutely shameful.

Regarding the Last Point: As much as I Love my PS2 FIFA, some Board Goals were already broken Back then. Like, the Board tells me to gain Money to reach a Budget of twice the size it's currently until the next season and whenever I sign a Player, even a free Agent, I get an E-Mail were the Board expresses their Anger I didn't save Money. To be fair, since you get the Budget when you choose a club and it's never reset afterwards, it kinda made sense - nevertheless it was hilarious sometimes 😂

Fifa just for resets my personal data this week for 6 times in two day. Had to choose my favourite club, difficulty and things like over and over again. Thencreate dummy carrer mode to load my saves and after that be a pro just crashed the game. I had to learn new skill: manoeuvre over this bugs to get my saves back.

About the anticheat thing, I literally couldn’t play the game for the whole week and refunded the game, then I read about it on a tweet and was able to get it back, still super annoying and although it’s fixed now it’s still taking soooooo long for me to play the game

Career mode highlights just skipping clear goals.

Objectives are daft. Forces you to buy certain players which takes away the enjoyment.

FIFA's been rubbish for years. I was always a 'career mode' guy, but they ruined it. The last one that I played was 2020 and it was dreadful. Doesn't look like it's got any better.

(reminder, winning everything, invincible) so... this objective one for fifa 23 sounds worse and I am so not ready... It is already dumb that a objective can be "sign 1 crucial player", I will be like, ok, this sounds easy, then when I offer a player to be crucial role they will be like "nah sorry mate, I think sporadic is better. FIFA 23 is a flawless game that can't be critiqued in any way, shape or form.

One I figured out is that if you play survival mode on kick off, you can substitute the player who just scored during the celebration and keep them on the pitch😂

The thing is, I don't think it's dynamic potential itself that is broken, it's the player ratings during games. When my striker can score a brace and still only get a 7,0 rating because he lost the ball a couple of times, that is obviously going to make the game think that he didn't actually play that well. But then again, I don't actually know how the game truly reads those things so I could be wrong.

Funny Carerer mode story in FIFA 23 here. So I started this bored save where I just sold all players and replaced them with the biggest Goalkeepers only. So I had Holy being 6'9" (nice) in attack with some other bloke being 6'8" next to him. Rest of the team was filled with more 6'8" and 6'7" Goalkeepers and in goal this 5'1" guy. The team was built and I was ready to play my first game and in the walk out I noticed there were 2 short players now. I quit to the menu and check the squad hub, turns out one of my 6'8" players got shrunk down to being 5'0" and the rest of the tall players all lost 0'2" in height. So ye...that's an interesting bug.

i could be using KDB to cross the ball into someone with 99 ehading accuracy and then a 78 rated goalkeeper whos 3'6 jumps up grabs the ball and kicks it to the other goal

when i was doing a leyton orient career in league two the objective was to reach round of 16 in fa cup and played man city and lost 1-0 away and got sacked just how with 62 rated players they expect me to beat this lengthy robot

My Pro was the Top striker in the league in the first half of his first season and almost always completed all objectives each game until he broke his Ellbow. So there were numerous hillarious bugs resulting from this: - i still could train each week Like normal, just not with presets - my Manager set me on the transfer list because he doesnt think i can Help the Team anymore And the best: - i got the task to visit annother injured Player in my Team for some Teamwork-Points. But he should visit himself Says alot about how much love and Care went into this Game:D

Fifa 23 is the best fifa in years in certain ways and the worst in other ways. I like that you have to play actual football this year. But lengthy is annoying dribbling is abit clunky but worst of all is scripting. I’ve never believed in it before but this year it’s mad I’ve had games where I’m 4-0 up then loosing 5-4 in the last ten minutes and the other way around it’s just dumb

Fans going silent after you score a goal. It happens in every match in career mode, home or away, and absolutely ruins any immersion. 90th minute champions league winner? 2 seconds of cheering then awkward silence whilst your players run around, like the fans have just witnessed a war crime in front of their eyes.

EA Games need a serious rival in football game industry and also needs to stop making same game every year. People keep buying this piece of crap over and over thats why the game come to this conclusion.

This ain't fifa 23 (as I don't have it), but the number of times a player has been injured for like a month or something, so I don't play them, then they get sad and complain about lack of game time that I can't give, and then force a transfer is ridiculous.
