Getting rated 99 overall puts a player in exclusive company. It has been over a decade since the last NCAA game and in NCAA 14, Jadeveon Clowney was the only 99. In EA Sports College Football 25, there should be three 99-rated players. I spent considerable time crafting this list with extensive research. Whether it was analyzing the expert opinion, looking at NFL 2025 mock drafts, On3 Team Rankings, 247 scouting, ESPN statistics... I considered the full picture when selecting the players covered in this video.
Please do keep in mind this is my opinion, not fact, so try not to roast me too hard if I do not include your favorite player ;)
