Fun Fact of the Airbus A400M: They produce the MOST INSANE LOUD PROPSOUNDS at altitudes of 28,000ft high and higher, plus are one of the few turboprops that NORMALLY produce contrails, especially when cruising at 31,000ft high or higher!!!!
5:13 actually, it's not that unrealistic. The A-400M has a large wingspan, large flaps and an incredible TWR, allowing it to take off from 250m with standard payload weight.
To me the way those engines start (the animation) kind of looks more like a piston engine would start, not really like a turboprop... It sort of looks like the engine start on the PMDG DC-6 or the FlyingIron Spitfire... They first spin slowly, then there is a jolt and suddenly they're alsmost at full running speed... Not as smooth as it would look in real life... And by the way, there is no APU in this addon ;-)
i’ve flown it since the first update a number of times and have done multiple full airways flights and a few vfr flights as well but yes i agree it needs a lot of work
