Oh my God!! Best edit ever. I am so obsessed with this character. In the films we couldnt really apreciate how cunning and maquiavellic Sauron is. Despite the non-cannonical aprouch... this show has protrated Sauron the Deceiver perfectly.

I can watch Annatar's scenes again and again. And Sauron in any form with Celebrimbor are all just epic moments. Sauron must be playing some trick with me, I've become obsessed. Can't wait for two years to see more. I hope they put Sauron in charge of the production schedule, that would secure that next season completes faster and in orderly fashion.

I am obsessed with this character. Never have found him interesting in the movies because he seemed bland and boring to me. But in this series they really made him complex and beautiful. Beautiful in a morbid, satanic way but still... This edit shows his slow descent into darkness so well. People may criticise this series but they made me want to read The Silmarillion.

Wow, amazing video, well done! Probably the best tribute video I've seen of this show. I didn't like it very much, the show, but this video was incredible. There are some great things though, and Charlie Vickers was fantastic. I'm glad you made a video about him.

ooohhh this is just stunning? all the clips you chose, with the voicovers adding double meanings.... starting on him as halbrand and ending on celebrimbor's dying words. I especially like the transition where you faded between the mountains and the dwarven rings. so beautiful. good job.

Ah yes, I forgot it was Gal who SAID Sauron needed Kelly. And what she says, IS. What the Elves in general say, IS. They rule a world made safe for them, the delicious fun of posing as martyrs and victims while being in control all along. Hence Halbrand is what they say he is.

I felt more watching this than ROP. Maybe it's the music intensity? But PJ's LOTR will still make me tear up after all these years. When Éomer discovers Éowyn on the battlefield or Thèoden at his son's grave. Chills when they all shout DEATH! before going into battle against Sauron. The music during the Last March of The Ents. Imagine if ROP could have been that good 😔
