This is very true. Parents of this generation have neglected their children; delegating their roles to the masaajids, madrassas and the society. That's why we youths are now facing very hard challenges nowadays one of them being losing our iman. May Allah give us hikma in everything that we face as umma

I didn't grow up with a father although he had another family. My mom supports the whole family (my four brothers and I) and she has been working. But now my brothers are older now and they work, now she doesn't work as much. She has intense back and shoulder pain from when she was working 12 hours a day. May Allah help my mother with her pain and grant her Jannah. Ameen

As someone who was raised by a single mother I’ve never noticed the absence of my father, my mother was more than enough.

Franco Jabiri جابيرى True.. In my community it’s Khat (a natural legal weed) that drives families apart (fathers are always meeting up for shisha, tea, and never have time), so even the present fathers are “absent”, but I guess that makes us appreciate our mothers more

Parents must do something themselves to guide the children in the path of Deen. They can teach them good manners, the stories of our prophets, make them understand quran in interactive way and so on. The world is full of fitna, if the children are not taken care of from the beginning they will probably go astray. May Allah guide our hearts. Jazakallah khair

Being a Muslim father is not easy. When you lack something, your children will be lacking it. I repeat, being a Muslim father is not easy. I hope the newly married men and unmarried young men would read this. Be a man. Tomorrow do not hide like a rat to claim that you are not wrong when you might be wrong. Every wrong deed has its consequences. If you are a man, accept the bitter reality during anytime in your life when you face the consequences of your wrong actions. (I am a young man myself)

So very true. I corrected my husband regarding an injustice...now my children and I are alone. When you have to fight for your right and set boundaries and are then left unheard and disrespected, Subhan’Allah, Subhan’Allah, Subhan’Allah 😔

@@shamimtemour I can understand what you are going through. Ending a toxic relationship is a difficult decision but right now you must think about your children. Would you like it if your children are forced to 'respect' a man who is the most toxic and abusive person in their lives? Your relationship with that man is that of a husband, but for your children, he is their FATHER. How you might have felt if you yourself had an abusive and insensitive parent? Think about it. I had a similar father and so I am not talking through my hat. Seek help with your kin before its too late, before your children loose hope in everything and feel helpless the way I used to feel a few years ago, when my father was alive.

My father ruined my life by being absent and basically non existent in my life. Never ever taught me anything about the deen at all. He prefferred having fun with his friends instead of raising his only son... Astaghfirullah my life is forever molded by his selfish decisiona

FreeQuranEducation in 2:37 is not “Taklim” is at best “Ta’lim”, you should check the videos before upload them. Everything is ok, is very nice, and the Khatib is talking the truth, but please check your videos before uploading them, otherwise it would appear you are just uploading content and that’s it.
