My favorite thing that came out of this wasn't mentioned, but there was a Venti cosplayer who got so drunk at a KFC they had be carried out of the building by another Venti cosplayer.

For those who don't know, yes the gliders eventually came back BUT only as a limited promotion for gifting subs to specific Twitch Streamers. It was only available to do so for 2 weeks at the end of 2021. They have not returned since.

KFC in Asia are miles better than KFC in US It’s still fast food but the overall environment are on set down restaurant level, or like Starbucks, and always seasonal limited time menus Same to pizza hut and other fast food chains, much much better than ones in US In Japan they even have a KFC buffet with chicken curry and bunch of daily made deserts

I remember the last time I got good service at KFC. It was 10 years ago after I had posted a public review on the KFC Facebook page about how shitty the service was at my local KFC. The REGIONAL MANAGER showed up the next day and they were filling orders in 2 minutes during lunch. The day after he left, back to business as usual. I can't count the amount of times these clowns have run out of chicken.

Hope they have a second promotion. Unlikely though, I don't think we've seen any limited item make a return yet.

From my experience, the KFC's in China are actually pretty upscale for fast food. Fast food chains in general are a little more premium than you'd find in the US. Doesn't make it a 5* restaurant by any means, but I could call it similar to like... a chilis maybe? Could go up to a longhorn potentially. And yes, some of them are setup to actually be sit down restaurants with table menus, wait-staff, etc. Pizza hut is one that comes to mind with this setup.

I hope asmon plays Genshin. The story is super good, and I can't wait for him to gacha

In game the only things I'm aware of that you can use real money on is: resin (which you don't HAVE to spent money on, you can if you want to but why would you?), Primos (which isn't buying stupid sh!t since you need it to gain new characters and weapons which help you expand your possibilities in-game but just like the resin you don't HAVE to spend money on it. I'm not a whale and yet I've gotten plenty without having to spend money.) And alternate outfits (which are entirely cosmetic, 3 of which were given out for free in past events. Not to mention there is only a handful of them so you don't even need to bother yourself with it if you're not interested in them). And if he wasn't talking about the game then what exactly? Merchandise? Or is there something else I'm missing here?

Chinese KFC is unironically the best fast food I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t understand why ours isn’t nearly as good, but it’s definitely because Asians (not just China, but Japan and probably several other countries I have no experience with) have a higher standard of food. And also higher standard of fast food.

We have burgers at KFC in Australia and they are awesome.
