Praying for you, Joas and your sweet family. I'm 80 years old, widowed and orphaned the same week, at 50 years old. Jesus has taken care of me through heart surgeries and many tests and trials but His peace never left me. Many people would have folded but He gave me peace, wisdom and strength. There is none like Him. A true and living God. God's people at my church have prayed me through many illnesses in the last 3 years and I am a testimony of the power of the Great Physician! Always, my healing was faster than what the doctors said. He is your strength now, Joas. Just settle back and let Him show you who He is! In ALL things, praise the Lord. Hallelujah!! 🙌🙌 🙌 🙌

My Dad has stage 4 adenocarcinoma and I asked for healing prayers and for Dad to not have Any pain. He has no pain!! God is Great!!!

I have to tip my hat to the boys, even though Dad was injured and not able to work, they stayed and remained working when no one would have blamed them for being with Dad when he needs them. This shows the character of both boys, I am sure Dad is commending them for standing on their own and doing a fantastic job!

We know God allows things we don’t understand in order to work out His glory in us. That is clearly what is happening here because you and your precious family’s testimony in the face of hardship just illuminates His glory. Thank you for sharing your life.

My brother had an accident like this several years ago .... his tibia broke and splintered the shoved down through his foot. Really bad. No choice but surgery so I knew you would have the same. Prayers for successful surgery and swift healing.

I just seen this video & I am sending up prayers for you & your family 🙏🙏♥️♥️....I was in a wheelchair chair for 3 months & just an FYI, when you transfer from the wheelchair to the car, I used a wooded board & put some baby power on it. Once I put my backside (butt) on the board, my parents where able to grab me under my arms from the inside of the car & pulled me inside. It helped out alot & the nurses also used this technique inside the hospital for transfers. Just a little information here. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Praying for you and I know our Savior is a healer. I had Leukemia and He healed me before I even had treatments, my husband has been told twice he was going to die, October 12th we celebrated our 57th anniversary! I am praising God you weren't killed. That could have happened also. I just became mobil after being down for 2 months. The mental part was as bad as the bone healing part. I don't have family. What a blessing to have such a wonderful family when in a time of need. I have always found that the Lord will always strengthen the family and help them blossom when we have obstacles put in our path.

It's wonderful to read of your total trust in the sovereignty and goodness of God as you rely on Him in your current circumstances. Might be good idea if you get yourself harnesses and rope so if you ever slip you will be attached the the building and not fall to far and be little safer for all hope you get better soon as I love to watch your wonderful videos what a beautiful place to live ❤

My prayers continue for healing Joas, it's a heart breaker to watch leading up to getting to the hospital. So glad that your pain is better now. Those boys of yours are something else, you both have trained and taught them so well. My buttons are popping off for you as they are so capable of doing a man's job. I have a friend who loves Halibut cheeks which I've never had but thought maybe knots were the same thing.

Thank the Lord he was with you, it could have been much worse. My brother fell off a roof and landed on his neck and shoulder and broke his back. He was a paraplegic for the next 20 years until he passed.

Praying for healing-I work with post op patients all the time and I’ve never seen a broken heel-I wish I could see pictures of your heels before surgery, right after surgery and 6 weeks after surgery-yes we know God can heal but he also uses drs to help with the process-I hope you had a good experience in the ER and with your orthopedic dr-I’m a nurse in rehab and elderly pts and my daughter is an ER nurse-she sees lots of things in her job-God bless you as you recover and try to look on the bright side-I’m natured like you-I always try to stay positive-your family will enjoy their time with you-sure wish we could visit you! It’s on our bucket list

What a positive way you are taking the situation, Joas and Priscilla. It spares the children from the burden of seeing parents sick. During my health challenge a few years ago, I went ahead with the treatment unnoticed, almost. They know I was sick, they pray for me, but they don't know how badly it was.

I thought, maybe this was allowed to happen to slow Joas down a little. You are a busy family! Not sure that was His reason, but then I thought He is using y'all in a big way, to show your complete faith in Him, your trust in Him, no matter what. You have such a cheerful & positive attitude that just radiates from your faces! I don't think you will ever know the hundreds, even thousands, who you will witness to, while going through this. I shattered my heel in a car accident years ago. Six weeks with no weight on it. A humbling but beautiful journey with the Lord. A wonderful doctor rebuilt my heel. Many years later, I have had no problem with it. Thank You, Lord! God will be close to you, and you will experience an outpouring of His love and mercy!

I have watched you and your family ever since you arrived in Alaska. That's right - take it as life comes...But what a gift to have the peace that passes all understanding. Though I have been blessed with great health most of my life - I was shocked at how quickly and drastically things can change when an accident does happen. I broke my ankle and did significant tendon and ligament damage in early spring. What an adjustment to suddenly change everything you do! I live alone but the Lord has been ever present! Being immobilized, He certainly has had my attention in a new and refreshing way! So glad you are surrounded by your loved ones!

As I watched today's segment, I had been drawn back to a memory of my father when he broke his ankle and unable to drive, walk.... It was during that time I saw and witnessed my dad grow on the.Lord. God renewed his strength body and spirit. God filled him with His spirit and gave him such a desire to devour His word. This bringing him wisdom and knowledge. Although God didn't heal my dads leg ankle it did come days later but greater than the physical healing was his growth and personal walk with God. With all this said, I will still pray gor physical healing, peace, comfort, joy and happiness that is only found in Him. God continue to bless and keep you and yours.

Just a word if encouragement regarding pain ~ my hubby crushed his left hand 30 years ago. One of his biggest hurdles was taking pain medication be it prescribed meds or Tylenol & Advil. A very kind holistic minded nurse encouraged him that having the pain under control would assist is body in the healing process. Together we trusted her very kind words of wisdom. When his pain was managed, he was so much better able to face the long days. He ended up going through 9 separate surgeries. It was such a trauma for our family but what God did for each of us was miraculous. You and your family are in the palm of our Lord Jesus' hand. You are blessed 💕💖💕

Prayers for healing. My brother broke lots of bones in his legs and feet. years ago. scaffolding broke on construction site. so yes surgery and months laid up. stay healthy and fit. that's the key going forward.

It all seens so terrible right now, however, time will heal you Jonas. A very old man said this to me once, we're not young anymore, we don't heal in a few days like kids do, with us it takes more time, sometimes a lot longer than we want, but we do heal! Well, I agree, as a child of Polio having lived a very long life now, I can say this, notwithstanding living with the effects from Polio, I've healed and go about my life as a person without much in limitations. This because healing truly starts within the strength of ones mind. If you see youself healed, then you are truly healed. My prayers are with you on this hopefully, speedy and full recovery.
