Probably because you went to cosmetology school and not business….. (which is nothing wrong) but you went to school to study cosmetology. Not accounting. I wouldn’t expect anyone to learn anything else besides cosmetics in cosmetology school.

I once attempted to take a bookkeeping course in 2017. I ended up going through a breakup and didn't complete the course but this definitely inspires me to go back and try to complete it
