Realistically Adam just wanted to make the announcement and quit publicly on camera so he won’t get sued by his employees and be responsible in case something does happen from now on in or out of the workplace. Putting employees in a hostile environment could potentially lose your business license to employ people and could be reported to California’s Commission Office and maybe Department of Justice. So this announcement is to have proof/evidence that he said it publicly in detail on camera to save himself and the No Jumper Brand.
