Here you can see the advantages of our continuous double conveyor fryer for a wide range of products.
The upper conveyer immerses the product under the oil level and holds it there during the whole process of frying while the product is being moved along the working area. This allows to get the evenly fried product at the outlet.
The advantages are:
- Frying time can be set up from a few seconds up to an hour
- Immersion thermometer for visual monitoring of the oil temperature
- High temperature range - up to 200C.
- The maximum height of the product is up to 50 mm
- The conveyor belt is made out of a food-grade stainless steel thin mesh
