This film is the most accurate on screen depiction of the feeling of joy. Uplifting, imaginative, crazy and absolutely brilliant. To not like it is like being soulless.
I gotta say I thought this movie was great as a kid...never understood all the hate that was poured on it for being an apparently 'grandiose' flop. Its grand, its scale is absolutely epic...they got good character actors...plus...I just like looking at it :)
I know dude when I watch this when I was a kid this really set my imagination soaring especially the dancing with Uma Thurman and the baron the battles that funny scene with Robin Williams on that three-headed bird and the musical score and the atmosphere this movie cannot be denied as a masterpiece sadly no one can see that these days and I live for the days for movies like this will be made but in the world of CGI and over use actors only care for the paycheck we'll never get masterpieces like this again 😔
@@donright4492 Yeah man...Baron Munchausen fighting the Moon King (Robin Williams)and his warring body and head...that whole dynamic with Moon King vs his body vs Munchausen really fired up my imagination too and its just one of those images you never forget as well when the three headed bird destroys itself by splitting apart to go after our heroes running off in different directions...and you see all the birds mechanical parts inside 😊 Although I always found it interesting that the Moon Queens head and body seem to work more naturally in harmony with each other than her husbands...could there be a subtle pro-woman message there? Ladies being more in harmony with their bodies than us guys? I dunno...and if so certainly wouldn't argue with it! 😉
@@BelatedCommiseration yeah that was sure funny with Robin Williams on that clockwork three-headed bird and then his body fight with his head it's just simply hilarious and the baron flirting with his wife's head oh boy 😂
